~Leo~
Y/N is laying inside, horribly battered and bruised. blood leaking from their mouth and nose, a chunk of their ear is laying next to them, claw marks on one of their eyes.
Their jaw is dislocated.
Leo gags when he sees their leg.
Their shin bone is sticking out.
"Leonardo!" A voice calls.
What happened?
A silhouette of Raph appears behind him.
Who did this?
He picks Y/N up and carefully cradles them in his arms, kneeling.
A bright light is shown in front of his face, Leo hisses and makes a clicking noise.
The bright light is turned down.

Y/N's heart rate is at zero.

~Mikey~
Mikey has never heard such a heartbroken scream before. It so...broken and sad.
Mikey can't help but cry too, he can't help but feel tears roll down his cheeks. He can't help but remember good memories with Y/N, and wanting more to come forward. He can't help but notice how happier Leo was when he was with Y/N, instead of staying in his room. Leo was more active and cracked jokes. He can't help but notice how open Leo was to Y/N, emotion wise. Leo was always so quiet about his emotions, never showing them and always running away from his problems or laughing them off with a joke or two.

He can't help the fact that Dr. Feelings is so, so proud of how far Leo has come.

He can't help the desperate pleading that come from his brother as he does CPR over and over again on Y/N's body, begging for them to wake up. He can't help his brother's ragged breaths as he pulls away from Y/N's mouth after doing mouth-to-mouth.
He can't help his other father be shot through the floors of the Grand Nexus hotel.

He can't help it.

"Leo, pull away." Donnie says.
Leo sniffs, looking up at his twin with bleary eyes.
"E-e...o...?" 
The world goes silent.
Leo snaps his head towards Y/N, their eyes are barely open, and their chest is slowly going up and down.
Mikey can see panic in Leo's eyes as he digs through his pouch, not knowing what to do next. He pulls out a small folded square with a purple button. He sets it on the ground and presses it. The square pops up and reveals a wheelchair.

Leo freezes, not knowing what to do. Two light knocks on his skull.
Mikey steps forward, placing a hand on his shoulder. He walks past and carefully scoops Y/N in his arms.
"...K...y-y..." they croak. Mikey shushes them and sets Y/N down in the wheelchair.
Leo quickly starts patching them up, placing gauze on the tear in their ear, putting bandages on their eye, and making a splint for their leg. He grabs Y/N's jaw and moves it back into place.
"Uh...I have to put your shin back inside." Leo explains quietly.
Y/N doesn't seem to register his voice, their eyes start to droop.
"Stay with me!" Leo pleads. Y/N's non tattered ear twitched and their eyes open once more. The loud noise must've regained Y/N's senses. But they don't wince. They don't slam their hands on their ears, their ears don't fold down. Y/N just...stares with empty eyes.
Leo sighs, placing a hand on Y/N's knee and rubs it over with his thumb.
"I have to put your shin bone back inside." Leo explains once more. Y/N stares. Mikey thinks that they might've drifted off again but then Y/N subtly nods.

Leo quickly puts on gloves and a mask and applies force onto Y/N's knee, he uses his other hand to firmly press the shin back inside. Y/N doesn't cry. They don't scream, they don't squirm. Just soulless eyes looking down at their mangled leg.
Leo finishes putting the shin back in and then stitches the wound. He then wraps bandages around a stick and it stays put on Y/N's knee.
"It's crappy, but I can't do anymore until we're back at the lair..." Leo says solemnly.

"And where would Y/N stay while we fight Big Mama?" Donnie asks with a little too much attitude. Raph shoots him a look. Mikey noticed how quiet Raph has been. "It's a simple question really, Y/N can't fight with us due to whatever happened to them and they can't stay grabbing onto Raph's shell due to the fazing in and out of consciousness." Donnie explains.
"So they'll stay here and when I'm done beating the yak dung out of Big Mama, we'll grab them and hurry off to the lair." Leo explains, standing up.
