"Pest..." Kraang Prime called out, slowly approaching Leo who was lying on the ground. "What a surprise, you came crawling back to me." He roughly grabbed Leo by the lip of his shell and dug his claws into his sides. Leo screamed, he frantically squirmed around, but he was so weak and he ended up just lying limp in the Kraang's grasp.

Kraang Prime laughed. "What's wrong? Too weak to run away? Or have you finally accepted that Strengh. Always. Prevails!" He picked Leo up and slammed him into the ground. Leo screamed again as he tumbled a few feet back.
Leo stared at the stars in the Prison Dimension, they twinkled and shined brightly. Leo liked it, it reminded him of the lights in the Not-Kraang's room.

"You are alone." Kraang Prime hissed, looming over Leo. He pressed a foot on top of him and pressed Leo down into the ground. Leo cried out in pain, he thrashed around. But he couldn't escape, Kraang Prime kept pushing.

And soon he felt it.

A crack blossoming on his shell.

The feeling of a shard of his carapace puncturing his left lung.

The feeling of a scream caught in his throat as he chokes on his blood.

The feeling of—

A warm hand resting on his shoulder.

"Hey bud, we never got to meet in person did we?"

Leo whipped his head around, growling. It was...Leo? Kneeling down in front of him. But it didn't look like Leo, there weren't any scars that littered his body. He didn't look mangled or disfigured, he was smiling. He looked healthy!

Who was this person?

Dangerous?

Yes?

No?

"Everything okay?" The weird Leonardo asked, tilting his head. Leo growled and lunged at him. But instead of striking, he passed right through him. It felt like a gust of wind, and Leo was suddenly on the other side.
Leo looked at his claws, he watched the wisps of the weird Leonardo coil around his fingers and then disappear.

"Hey, it's okay. You can't hurt me." Weird Leonardo said, his voice a calm whisper, he kneeled down in front of Leo with a soft smile. "You did well, thank you for freeing me." Weird Leonardo reached up and cupped Leo's cheek, he then grabbed Leo's claw and placed it on his cheek, so they were both holding each other's face.

"I'm sorry it had to be this way, but there's no other option. I'll remember you."

Wait. What did he mean? What does he mean?! What does that mean?!

A tingle spread throughout Leo's body. It started small, but it slowly turned into more pain. It hurt everywhere in Leo's body! He screamed.

Make it stop! Hurt! Danger! No! Stop! Leave! Go! Help?! Danger! Pain!

And suddenly it stopped.

And so did Leo.

He collapsed onto the ground, looking ahead. Weird Leonardo was no longer there, he was gone, just like that. Like a ghost.

The slider's soul has been trapped in the Prison Dimension long ago, when it sacrificed itself.

Leo coughed again, he chirped weakly as his eyes fought to stay open. The tingling feeling returned, along with the feeling of weightlessness. He closed his eyes, and when he opened them, he was suddenly in a new place. A park it looked like, with beautiful pink trees and lush grass.

And something suddenly picked him up. Leo didn't have energy to scream or thrash around, he simply laid limp in the furry arms. He knew these arms, he knew them! Why can't he remember? Why is he so tired?
A gentle kiss was placed on his head. Leo chirped and managed a weak smile.

"I'm sorry Leo. I'm sorry it had to be this way. You'll be okay though, I promise." A voice said. Leo knew that voice, but why was it so hard to guess? It's on the tip of his tongue, but he doesn't know!

Leo was set down on the ground, and he saw the face.

The Not-Kraang, smiling. But they were crying too, why? Leo's fine! Right? Why is the Not-Kraang crying?
Leo reached a claw up to touch the Not-Kraang, he felt their fur, he held their ear, he touched their scars. He felt everything that made the Not-Kraang...beautiful!

The tingling feeling returned, and the feeling of weightlessness, but he wasn't taken anywhere. He remained where he was, and he watched little blue particles float up into the sky. He watched as the pink trees started swaying in the now stronger wind.

And he watched, as the Not-Kraang cried and sobbed.

"Why...cry...?" Leo spoke, staring at the Not-Kraang. The Not-Kraang quietly gasped and looked at Leo, then cried some more. But they smiled too.
"I'm sad Leo...you're going to leave me." They said, holding Leo's cheek.

You forgot what it felt like to cry.

Ever since that day, the day your emotions were taken out of you, you've never been able to feel any emotion, you were like a...machine. Machines don't feel emotions, they only do what they're created to do. They aren't created to cry.

Which is why you didn't know how to deal with grief, this...hole, inside of you.
You looked back at Leo, the only thing left was his head. You leaned down and placed a gentle kiss on his forehead.
"Ti amo, mio ​​piccolo tesoro blu. Sempre e per sempre." You whispered. And then Leo faded away. You watched as his glowing blue particles swirled up into a ball, and then went into the sky and exploded. The stars twinkled and shined as another soul joined them.

"Oh what's gotten into you..."

Y'all, words can't describe how I sobbed through this whole chapter. If you noticed, this is the first line Y/N said to Leo when they first saw him. Also the chapter name. 'The weirdest reunion, The saddest goodbye.' Now it's the last. I promise we'll go back to fluffy stuff and recovery okay?
