New York 6:50am

"April O'Neil of Channel 6 News here, bringing you the latest update on the attack that happened earlier this morning. People who were forced out of their homes and onto the streets were cheering after the sight of eight strange looking heroes could be seen opening up a portal and sending that massive vehicle back to where it came. With me now is a priest who says he was rescued by of these heroes. Father, could you describe this savior of yours."

"Yes, thank you Miss O'Neil. The young man that rescued me had this blue skin and yellow eyes. His words were peaceful and pure, but he looked like something straight out of a fairytale. Words cannot express how grateful I am to him. Whoever he was he was a true godsend."

"Thank you Father."

"You're welcome Miss O'Neil."

"Whoever these eight heroic beings were one thing is for certain. They were in fact heroes. Back to you Vernon and Irma."

Turtle Lair 6:53am

"Mikey will ya get in here?!?" shouted Raph from Donnie's lab room.

"Coming!" shouted Mikey, turning off the television and walking into the room to see the X-Men standing in front of the portal to their home dimension "Aw man. Are you guys leaving?"

"Afraid so Mikey." said Cyclops.

"Are you sure we shouldn't keep scouting the city to find Mystique before you leave?" asked Leo.

"No. I'm sure wherever she is you'll be able to find her and send her back." answered Cyclops "Besides we really need to get the rest of these guys home while we still can."

"It's a good thing that mutagen took a toll on their powers." said Donnie as Wolverine came in escorting Juggernaut.

"Except me." whined Juggernaut, wearing nothing but boxers "Why can't I take my armor back with me?"

"Cause the mutagen ya spilled on it made it too heavy for any of us to carry, now get over there!" commanded Wolverine, as Storm and Nightcrawler brought in Pyro and Toad.

"When we get back remind me to turn in my resume." said Toad, still feeling the effects from his previous battle.

"Oh brother, I hope I don't get stuck in the same cell as you!" complained Pyro.

Finally in came Professor Xavier, escorting Magneto into the room whose hands were bound together by a plastic zip tie.

"I hope you've learned your lesson Magneto." said Charles.

"I have." responded Magneto "But if you think this changes anything, you're terribly mistaken. Once my powers return no one on our earth will be able to stop me."

"Yeah we've heard it all." groaned Wolverine "Now get over and stand with the others."

"Thanks." said Leo "For everything."

"Actually it is us who should be thanking you." said Storm.

"Without your help we never could have found the Professor." said Cyclops.

"I hope someday we'll be able to meet again." said Donatello "Under better circumstances of course."

"If you're ever in our in our world feel free to drop by the school." said Nightcrawler.

"We'll do that." said Leo, reaching out to shake the Professor's hand.

"Stay safe." said Mikey, waving goodbye.

"Yeah and behave yourself." said Raph.

"Can't make any promises." smirked Wolverine, before stepping through the portal.

     As soon as all the X-Men were through the portal Donatello shut off the contraption after hearing someone call from the living quarters of the lair. The Turtles rush through the door to see their master, Master Splinter, back from his vacation.

"Master." started Leo "How was your vacation?"

"It was very enlightening." answered Splinter, sitting in his favorite chair "What happened here while I've been away?"

"It's a long story." said Raph.

"You'd never believe it." said Donnie.

"Oh I don't know." started Splinter "Try me."

In the middle of Central Park, out of nowhere appeared a young girl with brown hair, wearing a red, white and blue jacket.

"I hope I'm not too late." said the girl, before spotting a sewer in road just across from where she stood.
