Between Love & War

Two people are running through the deep dark forest. One is Very weak. The other one is trying to help his other half.

"I can't run anymore. It's hurting." The younger one said.

"Please my love, we have to. We need to go back to our clan. We have to survive, you have to survive for our child who is with you. I don't wanna lose both of you." The older one requested.

The younger one nodded and they were trying their best to escape from the hungry vampires. They can't fight back because the vampires already consumed most of their strength. They end up running to the edge of a valley.

"Please listen to me... I'm going to distract them. This valley will take you into the human world. Run from here. You must come back with our child. You must make him strong...you have to survive, for me, for you, for our child and for our clan to build a better life." The older one said.

"I can't leave you....I can't... I'm nothing without you... please don't leave me." The younger one replied in a breaking voice.

" I'm here(he touches the other's heart) and I'll live into him who's growing inside you. This child is the symbol of our love..... Please don't be stubborn... You have to be strong."

They cried. The older one gives a kiss on his forehead and then kisses his lips with love. They broke the kiss. The older one nodded. They heard noise. The Vampires are here.

The older pushed the younger. The younger one is falling, almost touching the bushes. And the long wings with black feathers suddenly appear to help the younger fly.

The older one was watching from up. And disappeared.

No one knows what happened after that. The younger one somehow managed to land on the ground inside the bushes. He is weak and becomes weaker every moment . The only thing he knows is that he must survive to give birth to his child.

He found prey and sucked all the blood. It gives him a bit of strength to move forward. And the younger step into the new world, a world of humans.

A century passed_

A beautiful evening in England _

Chay Barron, a handsome young man, the son of Jonathan Barron who's a powerful man in England as well, is invited to a grand party held by King Edward. He's going there on the behalf of his father as well as to meet the queen Eliana and their only princess Evelyn.

They adore him so much because of his charming face and his talent in art and paintings.

He got ready with his elegant dark blue dresses. Before going out he puts on his hand gloves. He reached the palace with his black carriage of two black horses. The coachman opens the door of the carriage for him.

Chay gets down and walks through the stairs to the hall. Everyone is stealing his gaze. His dark hair, paper like pale skin, dark shiny eyes with his elegant dress makes him the perfect man for every girl ever dreamed. He is passing the girls and winking at them.

He entered the hall where everyone is ball dancing. He went to greet the King and the queen. The princess came closer and kissed his cheek. Well he doesn't like this kind of thing but he smiled. She asked him to dance. He took her hand in a royal gesture.

They started dancing. Evelyn keeps staring at the man in front of her. She completely lost herself in his eyes while Chay was enjoying her view. Though he personally doesn't like her, she is fulfilling his hunger recently.

On the other hand,

Every alliance figure of the kingdom is also invited here. The governor came here. Kinn Samson, The head soldier of the governor, also came here for work purposes as well as to enjoy a bit.

First they went to greet the king and the queen. The upper adversaries are discussing different political matters with the king. Kinn felt a bit bored and excused himself.

He just took a glass of plain water first. After dancing with the princess Chay also went here for a drink. Chay is looking at him for a few while. He's trying his best to control himself.

"Why are you taking only plain water?" Chay asked him.

"Actually I'm not good at drinking." Replied in a soft tone.

"By the way, I'm Chay, Chay Barron. You can call me Chay."

"You're Chay Barron! Oh The famous artist. I'm Kinn Samson. I'm really glad to meet you." Kinn said in excitement.

"Nice to meet you too." Chay is about to say something more but the princess is looking for him so he excuses himself.

Evelyn holds his hand and shows him around.

Chay whispered in her ear,

"Let's go to the balcony. I want to watch the moon."

She blushed at him. She just nodded. She took him to the balcony. She's talking nonstop and blushing. Chay's hunger is increasing, his eyes went golden brown. He was standing behind and suddenly grabbed her waist.

Evelyn is shocked a bit but likes his touch.

"Hey ....you ok?" She asked.

Chay started nuzzling his nose tip and his lips over her neck. She flinched at his cold touch on her skin. He licked it with his tongue. She turned around. Her eyes stuck at his. Chay hypnotized her a bit so she'll forget everything. Before she could speak something he pushed his fangs on her neck.

She's feeling the pain but can't speak. She's breathing heavily. Chay didn't kill her and let go. She passed out. He pushed his saliva to erase the wound. He took her into her room. Chay felt that smell and he knows someone is watching him.

A smirk appears on his face. The person couldn't run. Chay got him with his incredible speed with a blink of an eye.

" Gotcha!" Said with a teasing tone.
