Vegas POV _

A fight took place between vampires and us. This is the first time I took part in a battle. I finished everyone expect from him.

What the hell I just encountered?!

Why did that happen?

I have lots of questions but no answer. I came back to my caln.

As I transformed back into a human form my friend covered me with a vest. I walked towards.

The others are cheering because after more than a century we won a battle against them. Though it was not a real fight against the King directly but it spreads a wave of happiness though the whole clan.

"Alpha Vegas... We're glad that we have a good start. You finished the soldier leader Kim. I think we need to prepare for the battle." My advisor Thomas said.

"No.. we're not ready yet. You guys shouldn't forget that I'm not your only Alpha. Our clan has two Alphas. We're still waiting here for him. My brother. Without him it's impossible to win against the vampire king and prince."

"We're searching for him for all these years but we couldn't trace a single thing."

"Because he's still living in his human form. His powers hasn't unlock yet. But this Year's solar eclipse will help him reveal himself. He must mate with his Luna right after that. Then he'll be able to get his strength."

"That means we still have to wait until the solar eclipse."

"Yeah. Till then prepared everyone."

"On the way, Alpha... Umm.. I beg your pardon.. may I ask you a question?"

"Yes."

"You got marks on your neck. Is it from the soldier leader?"

"Yeah. I haven't finished the soldier leader."

"I don't understand.."

"I let him go. He'll carry the massage to the king. Our pack is not enough strong to fight against their soldiers."

"Then what should we do?"

"And what about you, Alpha? You also need your Luna."

Thomas looked at me with confusion. I just don't know what else to say. I made my way to my room.

After some moments our clan's foreteller, Uncle Vincent, entered.

I showed him respect as he's the oldest one among us.

"Why do you look tense, Alpha? You should feel good about the victory."

"Huh?.. it was not the real battle."

He flexed a small smile.

"I know but I'm not taking about that. I'm taking about another victory."

"Uncle.. I don't understand.."

"Vegas.. the person you encounter today.. you already know right?"

"Uncle... I was going to talk about this.. I'm confused. It's.. Between enemies?!"

"No.. not enemies..but mates.. you shouldn't be confused when you already realize. You know we got only one mate in lifetime. And first encounter with a mate can't be false."

"I'm not doubting on my realization but I don't think I can make it."

"Your Luna will eventually fall for you. There's no way back. You don't have to worry about it."

"How's that even possible?"

"It's possible because it's destined."

"I'm.. still in the muddle."

"Don't be.. it's not happening for the first time."

"What do you mean?"

"Well.. I haven't tell you everything about your parents."

"My parents.. I never saw them. They.. just died because of that vampire and I lost my brother. What more do I need to know."

"You need to know a lot.. This clan's previous Alpha, my brother and your father, Alpha Vance's Luna means your procreator was a vampire prince, Prince Corwin Barron. Vampire King Jonathan Barron's own brother."

"What.. what are you saying?!"

"Hmm.. brother Vance also encountered Corwin in a battle. He knew Corwin was his mate. Time passed and they eventually fall for each other. Conwin conceived the alpha's next generation.
But the vampire king called upon a battle to kill Vance and Corwin as well. Brother Vance tried his best to save Corwin and his child. The vampires killed him. Corwin survived then gave birth to two Alphas, you and your brother.
Your brother was so weak that he wasn't even strong enough to survive. Conwin locked your brother's power for one century in a human child's body with his own strength. He hide your brother in the human world far from vampires and handed us you. But.. We couldn't save him."

I don't know what to say after hearing the history of my family. All these info are hard to process.

"I know it's hard to believe but it's true. You are the strongest among us because you got two creatures Gen. It's rare. On the other hand, One century already passed. Our other Alpha is about to emerge from his human body when the after light of the solar eclipse will fall on him. Then this time the victory will be ours."

"Yes."

"No need to worry about anything. Now relax and give yourself some time. Try to spend more time around your Luna. I'll visit you later."

"Ok uncle.. thank you."

He left.

I'm just feeling a bit empty. I lost my parents because of that dracula..

It's time to fix Everything.
