Kim's POV _

Kinn just left after knowing the truth I was hiding for all these years. In a way it's good because I didn't know how to tell him.

I gulped down the last glass of wine.

After some time a subordinate of mine comes.

"Sir.. we got a problem with the werewolves again. They claim our soldiers stepped into their territory. You need to check this out."

"Humm.. prepare my horse."

Again I've to take care of a fight. I'm done with all this!

I ride my horse to the woods. It's not like I can't run fast.. but I prefer horse riding.

The spot is extremely tranquil. Like nothing happened. But the traces of blood are here.

I can scene that something is off.

I can smell a pungent odour. Yeah that thing is here!

Before I could turn and fight back a big muscular werewolf attacked on me. I fell on the ground as it's dangling over me.

This werewolf is bigger than those we usually fight. This got big dark blue eyes with golden rings around. These are.. intense!

I can't get up from it's grip. I thought it's just gonna bite me off but it stayed still.

I don't know why my eyes stuck at it's golden blue eyes. Suddenly its gaze dropped into a softened one.

I tried to push it off as it jumped backwards. I unleashed my sword.

"Fall on.."

It's roaring.

A fight started. But this one is stronger then others. My strength is falling short against him. I need blood straightway!

My wounds are not healing on the other hand I couldn't get him a wound but scratches.

My breathing got hitched.

I can't lose.. I can't..

I fell in the ground.

It comes closer to me.

"The fight hasn't end yet! I.."

"First you need to survive.. then we'll talk about fight.."

A strong hoarse voice yet sounds incredibly dulcet comes from in front. I look up.

It turned into a human. Still has the blue golden ringed eyes with a fare face.

"You need blood.. I can help if-"

"Stay away! Vampires and werewolves can't help each other! We're enemies!"

"We're enemies when you're strong enough to fight back. Don't worry. I won't kill you right now. After all it's our first encounter. I can help you."

I was taken aback. This is the first time an enemy is trying to help me!

"Who are you?"

"That's not important right now."

He pressed me again his stiff nude warm body. I can smell his keen scent. But my strength is not enough to push him.

My thirst is unbearably growing. I want blood.

"What are you thinking? You can have a bite."

I pushed all my thoughts as my fangs made its way to his neck. I bite.

The blood filled my hungry mouth. I can taste it. A taste of warm liquor that we're addicted to. But his blood tastes mush better than I expected even I can tell the best treat I've ever had in my life.

Now his scent doesn't feel awkward. It's getting mild and preferable.

I hold on to his shoulders. I sucked plenty enough to regain my strength.

Yet.. I want more. I just can't stop myself. My thirst is not fulfilled yet. If a human was in his place would have died.

"Ok that's enough... I guess you're already full."

He pushed me. I wanted more. I'm hungry for that blood. It's hard to control.

But I tried my best to stay calm. I'm feeling much better.

He got up and I had to turn my head because you know... He's without clothes. He was about to leave but I stopped him. I tried my best to maintain eye contact not to look at his masculine body.

"Where are my soldiers?"

"They're gone unlike you. I don't think I need to explain further."

"Then why did you save me?"

"To send a massage to your King.. we're not weak anymore. The Alpha of the werewolf caln is back. It's time to doom the vampire kingdom. Tell him to be prepared for the worse. It's time for him to pay back for what he has taken away."

"Hey Wait!!!"

Before I can speak another word he emerged into the furry beast and vanished out of my sight.

Why did he do that? Why he helped me when he could easily kill me?

Why?

I come back to my house. I was about to visit Kinn but the thought of him took over me. I just can't help thinking about everything just happened.

I stayed in my room with a occupied mind.

Is he the Alpha?!

I need to know more about him.
