(Y/n)'s POV Inside the Game

I woke up in what seemed to be a cell somewhere in the Marble Zone from Sonic 1 and I was by myself.

(Y/n): *Mentally* Fleetway, Lamia are you guys there?

Lamia: *Mentally* Yes, we're here alright.

Fleetway: *Mentally* How did Xanthus put us to sleep? We're not even not there out with you.

(Y/n): *Mentally* Well right now I need to get out of this cell, any ideas?

Fleetway: *Mentally* Why don't you use your fire powers?

Lamia: *Mentally* If he did that, he would risk overheating the GameCube with us still inside.

(Y/n): *Mentally* I got it, I'll use my loop kick to break down the bars.

I jumped into the air and looped back to kick the iron bars down and somehow it worked!

(Y/n): *Mentally* Alright it worked! Now to find the girls.

I closed my eyes to try to locate the girls' auras and luckily for me they were nearby I opened my eyes to find and break them out of their cells.

(Y/n): *Mentally* Alright the girls are nearby, so I will break them out!

Fleetway: *Mentally* Just be careful, we're inside of Xanthus' world so who knows what he has in store for us.

I ran to Tara's cell first and saw her still knocked out from the last time and this made me mad.

(Y/n): *Angry Tone* Xanthus, I know you want help but don't bring my friends into this. They did nothing to you!

Tara: *Waking Up*Uhhh my head where am I? *Notices (Y/n)* (Y/n) thank oum you're alright!

[Opening]

(Y/n): Yeah but we're still inside the game. *Smiles* But we won't let that slow us down!

Tara: *Smiles* You're just like your mom, you know that?

(Y/n): *Smiles* Of course I am, but right now we need to get you out of your cell. *Thinking* You don't have your spear with you but maybe if I use my fire powers...

Fleetway: *Mentally* But won't that be risky because if you use them, you might overheat the GameCube.

(Y/n): *Mentally* I know Fleetway, but I have no other choice but to use them. *Outloud* Alright Tara stand back.

Tara stepped back and I put my hands on the iron bars of her cell I focused my fire on them and it melted, creating a hole Tara could walk out of her cell.

Tara: *Walks out carefully* Alright you did it! Now to find Sally and Yuri and get out of this joint!

Me and Tara spilt up to find Sally and Yuri and after a while, we were back together again.

Sally: Alright now to find Xanthus and make him pay for what he did to this world!

(Y/n): No! We won't hurt him.

Tara: What why?!

(Y/n): I can tell Xanthus is just blind with anger and needs someone to set him on the right path.

Yuri: (Y/n)'s Right, Xanthus is clearly blinded by anger and if (Y/n) can help him move on from the past then maybe he can help us get out of here.

???: Please just leave him alone...
