After her quest. things began to change for Azalea.

Everyone stared at her at whispered. Normally it wouldn't bother her, she cared nothing for their useless opinions, but she hated being looked at like an animal at the zoo.

The younger demigods stopped her at least four times a day to ask about her quest. Don't get her wrong, she likes children, but not their questions.

Her siblings, her annoying but dear siblings, only asked if she met Demeter. All they cared was if their mother acknowledged everything she has done. She told them no but they did not leave it.

Azalea has an explosive temper and very little patience. Everything started to make her want to drop the nice girl persona, unfortunatly, that would make everybody question what happened. She absolutely did not need  that.

"Hey! Azalea? Right?"came from a boy.

Luke, she recalled, son of Hermes, sword-expert, last quest.

"Can I help you?"asked Azalea as sweetly as she couls since she was annoyed.

Luke gave her a smile that would make any girl smile, unfortunetly for him she was not into blonds.  She prefered brunets.

"You did good on your quest."

Azalea simply nodded.

"Do you wanna spare?" he  nodded towards the arena. "We are the last persons that went on a quest. I wanna see how you hadeled those monsters. Maybe I can give you some tips."

"Thank you but no."

Lea started walking away but he grabbed her wrist.

"What happened? Did something happen on your quest?" Luke asked.

"It's none of your business."replied Lea freeing her hand.

"Are you mad because of what quest they gave you?"

His eyes twinkled.

"I did not want this stupid quest. Now, if you'll excuse me, I have to meet with my friends."

"Aren't they  insane for giving us what we don't want?"inquired the son of Hermes.

He was getting on her nerves.

"It's not like they care."she told him, annoyance filled her voice.

"Do you hate them?"

There was no need to specify who. Both of them knew exactly who them was.

"No." Azalea shrugged "They haven't done anything to deserve my hatred yet."

It was true. She did not hate the gods.

"But you seem mad at them!"

"I am not." She looked him in the eyes. "There is a difference between hatred, dislike, indifference and annoyance."

Luke stepped closer to her.

"Tell me, then, how do you feel about the gods?" Luke dared her.

"I am indifferent towards them most of the time."

"Most of the time?"he urged her to continue. This could change everything,Luke thought.

"I don't care what they do, say, care or think. Sure, sometimes their decisions annoy me. And I dislike most of the thing they do. But let me tell you something, they will not change. They haven't changed untill now, so they won't start now."she looked at him. "You can't change the way of the  world by yourself. Perhaps something will change, but it won't be now."
