Pov Anna
Today is my first day of training after my transfer to Arsenal women. My last football club was not good for me the coach and team abused me. When i signed for Arsenal I didn't tell them about anything that happened scared they would do the same. I get into my car and drive to the training pitch arriving after 45 minutes. You see i rent a house in a part off town were nobody is safe they offered me to live with on of the girls but i was to scared to say yes. Right know i get out of my car and walk to the office were Joe is waiting for me. He hands me my training gear and takes me to the dressingroom.
Joe- They will love you don't worry *walks in* Girls sit down please
Girl-*sit down*
Joe- I like to welcome Anna Rose Patten as your new teammate please be nice and take care of her
Anna- *walks in scared* h..hi im Anna
Katie- aah guys that's cute she scared *jokes*
Anna- *starts to shake a little*
Viv- *stand up* yo Mccabe back down a little the girl is frightened *walks over to Anna* come ill show you to your locker its next to mine and Lisa's

Lisa- Hi sweetie im Lisa is it okay for me to give you a hug

Mitch- Yo goat lets go and bring your wife and kid to the field
Viv- First of al I haven't asked her to marry me JET and second of al give the girl a break she is frightened enough

Viv- No problem now we'll wait for you to get dressed and ill make sure your in training with one of us okay
Anna- Okay *starts to dress after Lisa and Viv left to give her some space* okay im done
Lisa- *holds out her hand* let's go sweetie
Coach- Miedema Evans you're late *notice Anna* Miss Patten nice to see you again *smirks *
Anna- *scared* h..hi Jake
Daan- You know Jake
Anna- He was my trainer at Juventus *thinks off al the pain he caused *
Coach- since your three are late i want Viv and Lisa to do sprint laps 20 please and i wanna have a talk with Anna so Viv and Lisa start, girls i want you to form pairs and kick the ball over and Anna follow me
Anna-*gulps and follows Jake inside the small office*
Jake- Never thought i would see little Anna back *strokes Anna's face* Don't think this is a new team so the abuse is over ill make sure it's not *pulls Anna's head back* you understand
Anna- Y...Yes s...sir *scared to death*
Jake- Your going to give me a spare key to your house. I wanna be able to get in your house
Anna- *nods and walks out to Lisa and Viv how are done running*
Lisa- *notice Anna's behavior change* you okay sweetie
Anna- Im fine *plays with her fingers *
Jake- okay i want four groups
Lisa- Come Anna you can be with me and Beth *takes Anna's hand*
Jake- Actually Anna isn't doing this i need her to do some private things in the gym so Logan stays with you guys while i take Anna
Anna- *tenses and freezes a little*

Pov Anna
Right as the girls are set up Jake takes me to the gym. He walks inside and grabs my arm harshly pulling me to the ground. He smirks and uses my hair to sit me on my knees. I try to take every hit he gives but it's causing me to much pain. He forces me to 500 push ups and i try to do them.
Jake- That's 80 weakling i wanna see 500
Anna- * exhausted* i...i can't
Jake- *hits Anna* you better let me in tonight im going to punish you
Anna- *nods and gos further*
Girls- *walk in*
Jake- *smirks as Anna gives up* Patten come on that were just two push ups I expect more from you
Anna- *keeps laying down barely responding*
Jake- *walks off*
Viv- *sits next to Anna* sweetie you okay
Anna- *feels dizzy and like throwing up*
Lisa- Slow and steady sweetie *rubs Anna's back* Leah can you get a bucket
Leah- *grabs a bucket and hands it over*
Anna- *throws everything up*
Lisa- it's okay sweetie it's okay
Anna- * collaps into Viv exhausted*
Viv- close your eyes for a little
