We arrived at the house. Rain is still falling. We entered inside. There's no sign of blood. We looked around to see if it's safe. Since the house is big we checked the places that's now around us. It's safe. There's no towels to dry ourselves up. So we sat on the floor and let the water drip out. An hour of talking and thinking later, we were dried. More comfortable. Then we searched around the house. Everything was safe. Though small things remained there. Hand marks on the walls, the invisible persons, the snake, the spider, and the frog with his children. They were neutral. They didn't hurt us. They know I'm the one who was the last one who came here, but they didn't hurt us. We went to a room, the room of Ellen. It was..... gone. It's just a door, when we opened it, it showed a black, dark room. There's no floor. Just a dark, deep abyss.

Black cat: What happened here? Viola, what do you think?

Viola: I don't know. But we have to know what happened here and how did this happened.

I closed the door. And we walked away. I'm wondering if something or someone is testing me. I've been seeing the ones I met here in this house, scattered everywhere, walking around, exploring the place. And then, the Night fell. I needed sleep, again.

Viola: We'd better rest. It's been a long day.

Black cat: Whaaat?? I thought you have a lot of energy. Well I'm not tired.

Viola: Pfft. You're lying. I just got a lot of energy for a day. I still need some rest, I'm a human!

Black cat: Tch. Are you?

I was confused. I don't get what he said. But I shake it off. I need some rest.

Viola: Whatever. *Sigh* I just need some rest.

Black cat: Fine. I'll just sit here.

I pretended to be asleep so I could watch what was he gonna do. I had to sleep on the floor. Well, where else would I sleep?

I could sleep where those yellow flowers were, but they're so noisy. Later on, I saw the cat beside me, asleep. He's also stubborn. Though, kind to me. But why would he do that to me back then. After thinking so much, my eyelids were starting to drop, I was falling asleep (of course). I let it drop and fall asleep on the ground, cold. But it somehow felt like I'm going to fall into a dark abyss.

~le time skip brought to you by the black cat~

I woke up, seeing the halls with open windows, light spreading everywhere. And the cat is gone. I searched for him. I searched everywhere in the house, I arrived at the kitchen. I saw the cat beside the invisible cook, holding a bread. But first, I poked the cat at it's back.

Black cat: What? Oh! Yo, Viola!

Viola: What are you doing here?

Black cat: Breakfast time!

Viola: What?

Black cat: Look you need something to eat before all of these things. Lighten up!

Invisible cook: Oh! Good morning Viola! Please seat down. Breakfast will be ready soon.

Viola: Thank you.

I sat down at the table. Everything has changed. It feels like a home. Like I'm welcome here. The cat climbed to the top of the table and I asked him a question.

Viola: How did everything change so quickly?

Black cat: Like I said, everything changed. The"curse" is gone. Everything's clean, no such scary things happening, no more puzzles, deaths or anything else is here except these ones. But there's only one who can get that back, if she wants to.

Invisible cook: I can hear the two of you. Everything's back to normal when Ellen wasn't sick. Us invisible ones will appear in few days. Now please, forget your problems for awhile and relax.

Viola: Okay. I just wanna go back.

I stayed quiet for awhile, thinking about all about this. It's a good thing everything's back to normal, if only she didn't kill her parents and get sick. I need a break. I look around, everything seems so peaceful. And then, I smell the sweet aroma of coffee, the sizzling sound of cooking bacon, eggs and a fish? That's for the cat of course.

Invisible cook: Here you go. Now, dig in.

Viola: Thank you.

I go on and eat like I've been wanting to eat something so much after all that. It should stay like this. It's better than before.

~le time skip brought to you by yourself being hungry after that~

Viola: Haaaahh~ That hit the spot.

I then, saw the cat lying on the table. Then, I decided to pet him.

Black cat: Hey! Whatcha doin'?!

Viola: Oh shut up you like it. You're a cat, remember?

Black cat: Hmph.

I chuckled softly. I pet him more then he starts to purr. He then removed his head off my palm. Running off to another floor or room. Well, I guess he's gonna hang out witch the others. I fixed the table, then I washed the dishes. Well, I have to help here even though I'm just a guest or a visitor or anything to them. I wish it's always like this here.
