"Are you and Jay dating?"

I widened my eyes and turned to face Sunghoon after he asked.

I blinked, "What do you mean? I don't even like him."

"When did you two actually get close? I know you two were lying previously." Sunghoon crossed his arms after asking. "Not your business," I said, and I can already feel my face blushing again from his stare.

We were silent, and the television was the sole light source. Sunghoon closed his eyes and rested his head on the couch.

"What are you doing?" I asked. "Isn't it obvious? I'm taking a nap. If you want to join me take a nap then lay your head on my shoulder." I was surprised by his reply. I lowered my head, but he grabbed me, making my head place on his chest.

"S-sunghoon.." I felt my cheeks burning again as I looked at his handsome face.

He hushed, "Shh.. just rest. I know you're exhausted."

How could I possibly be sleeping with my crush? Exactly what is happening here? If not, am I dreaming?

*Flash* *click*

When I woke up and opened my eyes, Jay was snapping a picture of us. I raised my head and saw Sunghoon. Then he gently moved me away from him.

"Remove that Jay," Sunghoon said coldly making me shudder.

"Never, I'm going home, tell Mr. and Mrs. Lee I left early. Adios!" Jay said and quickly left.

I saw Mrs. Park as the door opened.

"Mom?" Sunghoon said before turning to go to Mrs. Park.

I got up to follow them when Mrs. Park replied, "Let's go home now."

Mrs. Park smiled as I made a bow to her.

Mrs. Park stroked my cheeks, "We're leaving now, dear, your parents will be back here in a moment."

Sunghoon left after brushing his hair back without saying good-bye.

"Sorry about Sunghoon, sweetheart, we have to go now." I smiled and nodded.

"It's alright Auntie, stay safe." She smiled and left.

[THE NEXT DAY] (IN SCHOOL)

After getting my belongings from my locker, I tried to find Sunghoon but couldn't find him anywhere.

3 mins later..

I made the decision to head to the rooftop in case he was there, and as I snuck a peek behind the door, I saw him hugging another girl.

"Please don't leave Seulha," I overheard Sunghoon pleading as he sobbed uncontrollably. I turned to look at him as he held the girl close, seemingly unable to bear to let her go. I felt tears pouring down my cheeks and decided to go since I didn't want to continue to hurt myself.

I put my backpack on the floor and sat in the class without showing any emotion. While I was briefly zoning out, Sunghoon entered the classroom. He gave me a cold look before sitting down.

I entered the room and turned to look at Y/n, who had puffy eyes and puffy nose. Did she cry? I asked myself.

I laid my head on the table since I didn't want to eat.
