Sunghoon saved my life last night, therefore today I'm giving him a bracelet. I packed the tiny box into the bag and left for school.

As I entered the school, I scanned the crowd for Sunghoon, and as soon as I spotted him, I hurried to him. He was with Jay again.

I gave him a big smile "Hi Sunghoon-ah. This is for you. Thank you for saving me last night." My smile began to fade to his words.

"Give me a new gift again, I have no choice but to dump it in the trash." Sunghoon said and took the gift aggressively and left me to Jay.

My smile returned. It is the first time he has accepted my present. I thought.

I heard a clap from behind me and saw Jay smirking.  "Congratulations baby."

I rolled my eyes and whacked Jay's arms,"Call me baby again and I'll be pounding your face instead of smacking your arms."

"Stop smacking my poor arms baby!" Jay said. I startledly stared at Jay and whacked his head as he scowled.  "They'll spread rumors about us," I snapped at him. Jay smirked, "Then make me stop baby," I frowned at him and sprinted away from him.

[SH PoV]

I turned around and saw Jay and y/n. Jay was pursuing Y/n as she was fleeing from him. Jay was attempting to catch up with y/n and begged. "Honey don't leave me, your poor lover is tired." Y/n accelerated and moved into my path, yelling, "Stop it Jay! It's not funny!"

Y/n paused to look at me, and she had a beseeching expression. "Please tell your friend to stop.

"My honey bunch sweet plum!" We turned to look at Jay as he ran towards us. Y/n looked at me pouting and I turned to face her. "Please stop him, thank you," She said as she fled away.

I turned toward Jay as he was going to follow y/n. Jay snarled in pain as I stopped him by tightly gripping his shoulders. "Let her alone." I said coldly.

"Fine! fine! Just stop putting such tight pressure on my shoulders, okay? I was just making fun of her."

I tightened my grip on his shoulders. "Then stop making fun of her." I seriously said. Jay glared at me  "Alright, I'll stop." I then removed my hand and placed it on my pocket, leaving him alone after hearing his response.

Y/N POV

"You should dress up since we're going to have dinner with the Parks, y/n." I nodded as if it were nothing unusual. The Parks regularly visit here for dinner and business discussions in which I have no interest.

I got up and headed to my room to get dressed.

I bowed to Mr. and Mrs. Park. I turned to gaze at Sunghoon, who also gave my parents a bow.

"You know what? Your son and my daughter looks beautiful together," I nearly burst into a cherry when my father said that, Sunghoon just stared at me as if he were evaluating my entire existence.

I avoided making eye contact with him and looked away. "Come on, let's go, dinner is ready." My mother said. We all went and sat in the dining room. our parents talked and talked, Sunghoon ate peacefully next to me.

I was giving him quick glances when he began to whisper. He looked at me "you know that I can see you stealing some glances at me, right?" He whispered. I shook my head "N-no, I'm not," I cursed myself for stuttering. "Sure Lee Y/N." He whispered again, I looked down feeling my cheeks burning.

My father turned to face me "Well look at you getting so red." I closed my eyes and continued to stare down. "You don't need to feel shy around Sunghoon honey. You already know each other." I looked up to Mrs. Park, she gave me a nice smile. I feigned a grin and excused myself to use the restroom.
