Turns out toga wasn't upset at all and actually incouraged him to date rumi which he did after they both met with him at the beach and rumi confessed her attraction to him and kissed him. ( I know its a bit rushed but I'm terrible with relationship building) in the last month the two with rumi's help finished cleaning the beach and gone on plenty of dates together.
