Dear journal, Today was a spectacular day. I did my morning routine, found me a cute outfit for my date with Marcus. My brother even broke up with Andria. The next morning I woke up to the girls calling me. I answered.
"Girl how was your date with the twin", Viv asked excited to hear the news. "Good we have a lot of things in common", I stated back trying my best not to smile. "She's growing up y'all", she said in a jokingly sad tone while wiping her pretend tears. "Shut up", I said laughing. "So what is the size", Char asked innocently. "What you mean?", I asked trying you get a clue on what she was talking about. "Don't play dumb, your ring size", Char asked excitedly. "Size 8 and we cannot just barge into marriage just because I think he's cute.", I said while fantasizing him.
Naomi soon knocked me out of it when she asked, "Did y'all exchange numbers?". I replied with a nod. "Did he text yet?", Char asking impatiently. I looked through my contacts trying to find his name and seeing that he did I jumped up with joy. "What did he say?", all three asking impatiently. "Good morning beautiful," I said, "guys he's so sweet he even sent me a corny meme, imma reply with Good morning handsome." "Now we wait-..", Naomi got cut off by Marcus's notifications. "Ooh he's a fast replier", I said while texting back. "Green flag!", Char added. "So what are you guys talking about?", Viv asked while impatiently waiting. "He wants to hangout at his apartment and watch movies or something", I explained while trying to calm down the girls. "SHOPPING TIME", Naomi screamed excitedly. Viv added "Everyone get ready!"
We all got ready on the phone. I was so excited until I saw Andria in Matt's room. I just ignored her and went to the kitchen and grabbed a water bottle. The girls picked me up and we decided to go to the mall. When we saw the perfect outfit. My size was on the mannequin the employee helped me get it and I tried it on, which it fitted perfectly. The girls hyped me up and then we ate at Raising Cane's.

"So what time you're going?", Naomi asked before sipping on her milkshake. "I honestly don't have a clue what's so ever he said he'll text me when he's done with business." "Girl we alre- he's so hot", she said while leaning her head in her fist while admiring some guy. "Who?", I asked but was cutoff by Matt. "Hey guys", Matt said with a warming smile. "Hey Matt", I said avoiding contact with Andria. "Hey Mya", she said with a warming smile also. I just ignored her and ate some of my fries. "So how's everyone?", Matt asked sitting down in a table next to us. "Good and you", Viv asked. "Imma faint", Char added trying her best to avoid with my Brother?! "I said hi mya", Andria said again while I avoided eye contact with her "hey", I said coldly. "Not her crushing", Naomi said while looking at Naomi. "Is it me damn I knew I look good today", he said while 'fixing' his collar and looking into a nearby store mirror. "You wish", I said jokingly while laughing. "Jealous much", Matt asked with a little sass. "This one got a little sweetness to it", Naomi said making me and my friends laugh. "Char thinks I look fine", Matt said while winking at her. "See why nobody likes you", Vivian mumbled allowing me char and Vivian to hear. "What was that?", Andria asked obviously hearing her too. "Nothing", Viv said with a fake smile. "Matt can we talk in private?", I asked well demanded since I took him by the arm and led him in a nearby store. "Why are you still with her?!", I asked trying to get to the real reason he's with her. "It's my decision", Matt said kinda annoyed. "But Matt you know I don't like her around me or my friends", I said back trying to keep my voice low. "I know but please tell why you don't like her", Matt asked in a hurry. "Look for yourself", I said as I shift my arms to the right in a swinging motion to point at his girlfriend.
