He got caught. Of course, he did... he was being reckless. Jaxx stood up and turned around.
"Hands in the air! Now!" Jaxx cooperated, dropping the knife in the process. "Sir, you are under arrest for the murder of this girl and suspicion of being the killer of the others who have been found or assumed dead." The police handcuffed Jaxx and bring him to the police car.
Later that day...
Sora's POV
The news was on. After what happened recently and Milly's passing earlier, I began watching it more, praying they'd find out who had done this.
"17 Year old, Jaxx ***** has been taken into the police for the murder of 1 or more people over the past few weeks."
"What..?" I muttered to myself. It was fake. It had to be. Jaxx didn't... "No. He didn't!" I didn't want to believe it. There was no way I could! He was my best friend... he was the one I wanted to be with...
This wasn't happening. It's all just a bad dream and I'd wake up any minute now! But, I won't. Tears were streaming down my face, I pulled at my hair.
Not long after, I turned off the TV and ran to my room. Grabbing the beanie, Jaxx got me a while ago.
"YOU DICKHEAD! WHY WOULD YOU FUCKING DO THIS!?" I cried into my pillow and I ended up crying myself to sleep.
2 weeks later...
Jaxx's POV
It had been two weeks since I was arrested. I had my trial yesterday. I was sentenced to a minimum of 15 years. What's worse is that everyone knows. Including Sora... I need to get out.
Because if I can't have Sora, nobody can.
