The next day Michael had approached Rhaenyra in the garden with look of concern on his face.
"What's wrong?" Rhaenyra asked.
"It appears your Uncle caused quite a bit of chaos with the City Watch last night" Michael said "I just came from an emergency meeting with the council"
"What did they say?" Rhaenyra asked.
"Viserys gave Daemon a warning just after he and Otto exchanged a few words" Michael said. "One of them was an insult to my mother.
Rhaenyra gasped in shock. The thought of Daemon insult Michael mother who recently passed broke her heart. She then noticed Michael started crying as she wrapped her arms around his waist and hugged him.
"I'm so sorry Michael" Rhaenyra said.
"It's not on you Rhaenyra" Michael said sniffling "I know sometimes Daemon gets on my father's nerves to annoy him for fun but he didn't have to go that far"
"Do you want me to talk to him?" Rhaenyra asked.
"No thank you Rhaenyra" Michael replied.
"Will you be alright?" She asked.
"I'll be fine as long as you're here" Michael said as Rhaenyra blushed.
"I'll always be here for you Michael" Rhaenyra said smiling. ______________________________________
The next day Michael walked with Rhaenyra to join Viserys and the Lords along with Lord Corlys's Princess Rhaenys Targaryen and their children Laena and Laenor for the Tourney to celebrate the unborn babe.
