It has been 3 years since Alicent had married Viserys and since then they had a child together that they chose to name after the Conquerer himself Aegon. At the same time Alicent was currently pregnant with their second child.

"There he is" Viserys said with a smile as the young Knight approached the King and Queen.
"My apologies for being late your Grace, I was stopping a rape in process of a little girl" Michael said.
"No apologies necessary Michael. You've done a fine job protecting the people of Kingslanding" Viserys said panting the younger man's armoured shoulder. "Come, you haven't seen your nephew in a while"
Michael then approached Alicent who was holding Aegon. The twins stared at each other for a bread moment. Alicent's face was one sadness and regret while Michael had a look of slight anger and betrayal. Ever since Alicent went behind his and Rhaenyra's back, Micheal has kept his distance from his sister.

"Your Grace" Michael said in a bitter tone.
"You remember your Nephew Aegon" Alicent said.
"Of course, I was there when he was born" Michael said while Aegon giggled at his Uncle.
"A fine young man is he not?" Viserys said with pride "And I have no doubt with his Uncle training him he'll make a fine warrior"
"You flatter me Your Grace" Michael said.
"Have you seen Rhaenyra?" Viserys asked.
"Not since this morning your Grace" Michael replied "But I do have an idea where she might be"
"Escort Alicent to her and bring her to the carriages at once" Viserys ordered.
