Heyyy we have a new request I'm so sorry it took me so long to respond 💀 but thank you to @Davidsmate24 for the request I finally have an idea for this request so let's get started

you and bill have been together for a year now, and it caught him by surprise when you told him you were pregnant with his child but he was very happy with the news, now you were sitting on the couch with him laying  on your lap rubbing your stomach you were looking down at him  rubbing his head when all of a sudden you get a shot of pain in your abdomen, you groan in pain as bill gets up worried for you.'' darling are you alright.... is it time'' he asks you worryingly.'' ies it is and we gotta go right now shes coming!'' you scream as bill carries you and the hospital things to the car, as you sit down in the passenger seat your water broke,'' shit baby my water broke'' you told him as hes driving to the hospital,'' i know baby i know where almost there'' he told you as he pulled into the parking lot of the hospital and helped you out of the car. As soon as you both walked the doors you were instantly surrounded by doctors as they put you on a bed and pushed you to the delivery room bill followed the doctors into the delivery doom but they pushed him out and he had to wait outside the room.After 6 hours of hard labor and pushing your baby girl was born she was so beautiful you couldn't help but cry as bill walked into the room and his eyes instantly lit up,''is that her'' he asked you nodded as you handed her to him his eyes widened as he smiled ant started to talk to her, you could see the tears start to form in his eyes as he held her,'' shes so beautiful just like her mama'' he said as he held her while laying his head by your side smiling, in this passed year that has went by he has never been happier with the person he loves.
