General POV Konoha Village:

And with one more push Uzumaki Naruto was born, he had Blond Hair Blue eyes like his father, and 3 whisker marks on each cheek, he also had his mothers face.

"Here comes the second" the medic said"

"SECOND??" screamed Kushina as she was not expecting twins.

A few minutes later Uzumaki Y/N was born, he had Red Hair and Purple eyes like his mother (yes she has purple eyes in this) and like his twin Naruto he had the 3 whisker marks on each cheek however unlike his twin Naruto he
1. Was extremely silent where Naruto was screaming
And
2. Had a strange star shaped birthmark on the left back (where the Joe stars have it)
3. Had his fathers face

From here everything pretty much happened as it did in canon and ended with Minato sealing the Kyubi in himself and Naruto, with both Kushina and Minato perishing. (Rip bozo 💀)

5 years later:

Naruto was walking through the village and everybody was whispering about him

"It's that boy"
"He killed lord fourth"
"Hey doesn't that kid kinda look like the Fourth Hokage" that man would never be heard from again.

Timeskip (again) Genin exams your pov:

You sighed as you made your way to the academy, your hair was slicked back like Draco Malfoy you were wearing Ashes outfit without the hat and the Uzumaki clan symbol on the back.

You weren't exactly tall because you were barely taller than Naruto..

-sigh- finally it was your turn.

Entering the room were the exams were taking place you were thinking to yourself on how well you did on the other tests, getting a perfect score for everything.

You turned into a perfect Iruka

You did the perfect Replacement Jutsu

And finally you created the perfect clones (barely)

You grabbed the "head band" and put it on as a belt.
