Serena Fredrick is in her apartment feeding her cat it's dinner. When it begins to eat she leaves the kitchen and walks into her living room where her Wiccan altar is, she places something down on it and then begins to light the candles that are on the altar using her powers of fire to do so.
As she is lighting her candles with her finger a dark figure outside of her apartment appears from the fire escape and begins to watch her from her window. Inside though, Serena finishes lighting her candles and then puts her hands together like in a prayer form and begins to chant.
The dark figure from before then sneaks up behind her as she hums. She then suddenly stops humming once she senses someone behind her and she quickly turns around in surprise, but she soon calms down once she notices that it is someone that she knows. Serena sighs and then gets up from her altar and stands in front of the figure. "What are you doing here?" She asked.
The dark figure doesn't say a word they just pull out a knife and stabs Serena in her stomach. She then falls down to the ground dead as the dark figure walks away from her and leaves her apartment.
