i've seen him around for awhile, alone normally or with a young girl with plaits who is always smiling. I sit near him in my science class and i still haven't spoke to him the whole time i've known him.
"bruce your with vance, molly and Ella and.." my teacher scanned his clip board naming the pairs for our science project. he continued when it came to my name is stopped for a moment, "y/n your with Finney," the teacher was still talking but i'd block him out as i finally got my chance to talk with

i placed my book into my bag and went to leave class when i got a gentle tap on the shoulder which alerted me to turn around. "your y/n, right? i'm Finney we have this science project together"
gosh up close he looks even more pretty, his hair compliments his face shape and his pretty eyes, gosh his eyes are beautiful. i think i was staring too long because his normal face became confused which snapped me out of my trance.
"oh— yeah! i'm y/n it's so nice to meet you" i stuck out my hand for him to shake which he did happily.
"well, it's great meeting you. how about we start it in the library and we can get the writing done tomorrow at 3:30?" he smiled slightly at me, obviously trying to be friendly
well, that was 5 months ago and now i've got a new best friend who is do anything for, well maybe he's more than just my best friend. i've taken a big liking to him a lot and i don't know what to do.
"you definitely exploring that small forest with the rope swing?" Gwen spoke to me while i was spaced out but i still heard her a little
"yeah! i'm in for sure, is Finney definitely coming with us" and just like that he appeared behind me replying to my question himself
"yes y/n i'm still coming with you guys" those eyes , i can't get over those gorgeous eyes.
Gwen giggled behind me because she noticed me staring at her brother while he was still talking. i nudged her to shut up but it was too late Finney had noticed me and her.
"you two scare me loads, well— i'll see you and Gwen after history and i'll be bringing robin with me because he's been arguing with his mum" he waved and walked away from us
i turned to Gwen and she was already smiling and staring at me "you love~ him!" she laughed and held her chest from the laughter.

"you are so crazy inlove with her and it's embarrassing to watch now, you must tell her. Today!" robin said as we made our way to the forest walking behind Gwen And Y/n slowly making sure they wouldn't be able to hear us
"ok! fine fine, i'll tell her only if you tell Evangeline about your feelings" i knew he'd have to say yes. He agreed reluctantly but agreed
We formed a plan on what i'd say to her. it got to the time i'd tell her, robin was helping Gwen with a cut in her knee and me and y/n went to sit underneath a tree.

"your eyes — those are what caught my attention first" i blurted those words out, the feelings i'd felt for ages.
"what are you talking about y/n, that was very random thing to say" he laughed slightly with his iconic confused look
"you!" i quickly stood to stare at him "everything about you is perfect, your hair and you're smile and god your eyes! your gorgeous brown eyes" i spoke so quickly i didn't even want to understand what i was saying but he understood every word and i could tell because of his expression.
his shocked face slowly started to change into a massive smile. he stood up and hugged me tightly, i swung my arms around him as well
"i've been waiting to hear you say these things y/n, i was a chicken and hid but now i can be open because you like me too. i'm so happy you like me too!" he pulled away and stared at me
with the eyes i fell inlove with, he moved closer and closer till our lips connected together. explosions — the kids felt like fire works being set off in my stomach. the moment id waited for us happening.
