It was a sunny day outside, a perfect day for going to the park

A 7 years old Jisung sat alone, in the sand, playing in it. He didnt really have friends, besides Felix, but he couldnt come with him now, so, he just layed there, existing.

"Hey!" A slightly taller boy came up to him, eyeing him up and down.

"Hello?" Jisung said, a little bit of fear lingering in his voice.

"Im Minho, wanna be friends? Whats your name?" The boy who was now identified as Minho asked, sitting next to Jisung.

"Im jisung." He said, ignoring the latter question and getting slightly closer to Minho.

"Why are you here all alone?" Minho asked, laying his head on Jisungs shoulder.

"My friend couldn't come so i just—"

"Can i be your friend?" Minho asked, interrupting the younger.

"Um..sure?" Jisung asked, confused, but let it pass as he layed his head on Minho's.

The two sat in a comfortable silence for a while, before Minho spoke again:

"I like you." He said, looking up at Jisung.

"Oh, thank you!" Jisung smiled happily, not knowing the actual meaning of the words that he had just heard. "I like you too!" He said, looking in the boys eyes.

"Really?"

"Yea!"

The two fell in silence again, laying in the sand, cuddling to eachother.

"Wanna get married, someday? When we're older?" Minho suddenly asked, looking at Jisung, adoration in his eyes.

"Yea! I wanna marry you!"

Minho blushed, and smiled a bit.

"Promise?" He said, pointing his little finger out.

"Promise." Said jisung, taking it in his and smiling.

A 15 year old Minho sat in his bed, Jisung by his side, cuddled onto his arms, sleeping peacefully

"Do you think we're gonna get married someday?" Minho asked, waking the other up from his nap.

"Huh? Yea, of course." Jisung said, yawning after.

"I mean the both of us, like together, me and you. You know?"

"i dont know, why, you wanna get married to me?" Jisung asked, smiling playfully.

"Well..sure, i mean i dont— i dont know." Minho frowned, looking at Jisung.

"Hey! Well, let's stop thinking in the future and start thinking now, yea?"

Minho slowly nodded, setting his head on his pillow. He pulled Jisung to his chest, cuddling more into him.

He sighed and looked at the ceiling, slowly falling asleep as the sound of light snores filled the room.

A now 23 years old Jisung stood up in a black suit, holding his wife's hands, smiled. He spoke, and soon, the preach was asking them to read their vows.

As they read them, one by one, another boy watched from afar. He stared at them, quickly tapping his foot on the ground.

Soon the question was heard, as well as the answers:

"Do you, Han Jisung, take Kean Hannah as your lawfully wedded wife, to love her and to take care of her until death will do you part?"

"I do." Jisung smiled, caressing his almost-wife's hands.

"Do you, Kean Hannah, take Han Jisung as your lawfully wedded husband, to love him and to take care of him until death will do you part?"

Minho watched as the two looked at eachother. They were in love. He could see that from a mile away, he just wished it could be him in Hannah's place.

"I do." Hannah pursed her lips, in an attempt to stop herself from smiling.

He just wished he would have the courage to stop the wedding and run away, never see Jisung again in his life. But he couldnt do that. He had promised he'd stay, at least for the wedding.

"Then, with the power invested in me, i declare you: Wife and Husband!" The preach exclaimed. "You can kiss now." He smiled, looking at the, now wedded couple, making out.

Everyone got up, clapping, except Minho.

Everyone was happy, why couldnt he be? Being a friend to Jisung was more than enough, why did he feel like his heart had just been ripped out?

Tears brimmed at his eyes, as he joined in on the clapping, finally standing up, and wishing his tears would not fall.

But to his dismay, they did. He started crying, smiling through it as he clapped harder. He wanted to feel happy for them, but he couldnt. Why?

He sobbed, going unheard by the crowd of people. He couldn't be there now, but he was.

After the clapping stopped, he finally stood up, running out the doors and rapidly leaving the room.

He ran, and ran, finally finding some starirs and started climbing up them.

Soon after, he found himself staring at the city, from above. Jisung always liked high places, unlike him, it alway terrified him. Only this time, he wasnt scared anymore.

Dried tears rested on his cheeks as be swung his legs above the building. There were a few meters until down.

He sighed, looking at the sky.

"You promised.." he said, more like a whisper.

"Im stupid. I shouldn't have helped you be with her, i shouldn't have agreed to this. Goddamn it! I shouldn't have approached you on the playground that day at all."

He sobbed, tears running down his face. Even if he had just stopped crying, the feeling was overwhelming him too much. He gently wiped them off as he stared down. He saw everyone get out of the building, leaving.

"I love you, Han Jisung. I hope you'll remember me..." he paused, getting up from his sitting position. "...someday."

He threw himself.

He fell..

And fell...

And fell..

Until he hit the ground.

There was silence for a moment, but only for a moment.

Soon voices started yelling and screaming as people quickly dialed 911. But there was nothing that was left for them to do...

Or was it..?
