August and the two girls were playing a game. " I wonder why they let me stay... They must think i'm gay! I mean- they're not too far off." !RING! August was pulled out of his train of thought by the phone ringing. "gwen?" Gwen looked up to the sound of her name. "It's for you." Susie's mom said, passing the phone to her. "Hi daddy!" Gwen smiled. August watched her to see if it was important. "your turn." Susie said. "Shut the hell up!" August whispered harshly. "No I haven't.. not since school." Gwen mumbled. A worried look formed on her face as she turned to august. And just like that, Gwen dropped the phone and ran out of the house. "GWEN!?" August yelled running after her.
Gwen and august sat with blankets covering them as mr blake spoke to the detectives. Gwen leaned on august's shoulder crying while august tried to hold it together. "finneys... gone." August mumbled. He was still in a state of shock as both of his friends had went missing.
Finally, august gathered the strength to mention something to the officer nearby. "I've seen a black van at every location the kids were kidnapped at. Either driving towards or back from it."
"Have you seen anything that might single the van out?" The officer replied.
"Yes it has the words Abracadabra written on the sides in blue and green lettering." August answered. "Thanks for the tip! We'll look into it." The officer said a little to happy..
"Hey augy?" Gwen muttered. "Yea?" August replied. "I've seen that van in my dreams" She gulped. "Your dreams?" August answered clearly confused. "Yea, I have these dreams or visions of the kidnappings, The tiniest details match the cases." Gwen explained. "Like the van?" "and the balloons." Gwen answered. "Do you think you could find finney and robin!?" August said getting excited. "I'll try.." Gwen replied giving him a small smile.
