Instincts

Naru pov
I woke up with a slight pain on my neck. Nervous of how it looked I carefully got out of bed as not to wake Hinata and walked to the bathroom.

I gasped and tears pricked my blue eyes. There was a ring of purple around my neck. I touched it and flinched when it burned. It looked so ugly. I felt so ugly. There was a mark on my body that was not from Sasuke. It made me feel unclean. I hated it.

I got in the shower and softly scrubbed the bruise in hopes that it would wash off. There was a knock on the door it was Hinata checking on me. "Hey Naruto Sasuke is here he wants to see you, do you want me to help you with make up?" I put on a robe and let Hinata in we quickly covered up the bruise and I took a supressor, since my heat was coming soon so that means I could get preheat symptoms soon.

I smiled at the mirror, the make up worked perfectly, you couldn't even tell it was there. We walked out and saw Karin and Sasuke having a conversation about the plan. I made eye contact with Sasuke and immediately he was infront of me. "Are you feeling better? What happened, I missed you." Sasuke said. I giggled and hugged him.

Suddenly he froze and sniffed my neck. "Why are you wearing a suppressor?" I stiffened and started playing with his hair as he sniffed around my neck and shoulders, surprisingly my neck didn't sting when he brushed over it. "Well my heat is coming and I didn't want that alpha to smell that you were my mate, because it would ruin the plan." I smirked slightly when he glared at me. "I hate this." He whined. Suddenly Karin came in and ran straight to me. She clung on to me when that creep came in again.

"Karin what happened? Are you okay?" I said guiding her away from them into a different room. Karin glared at me. "What mean am I okay?!"

I flinched as the red head barely touched my neck. "Are you okay?" She asked softly. "That bastard did this didn't he. I'll fucking kill him!" "Wait! Karin how did you know?" Karin turned around. "When ever he touches  another like that... I feel the bond breaking more. I'm so sorry Naruto, I tried to confront him this morning and he told me what he did to you. I'm so sorry for putting you through this." A tear fell from her face. "I'm telling Sasuke." She said then walked back out.

Shit "W-wait you don't have to tell him." "Tell me what?" Both Karin and I jumped at the deep voice. "Nothing Sasuke!" I smiled and cried out when Karin smacked my head. "Baka, you should tell him." I whined as Sasuke started to walk over when a very sleepy Sakura walked in and straight to me. "Hey Naruto, how's your neck?" Freezing up when a felt a darkening aura behind me. "I would have thought that there would be a nasty bruise, but it looks perfectly normal-." I pushed my hands up against her mouth hoping to stop her words but I knew I was screwed. "Ok what the fuck is going on here, what happened to your neck?" Sasuke growled out grabbing my wrist and guiding me to a nearby guest room.

Third pov
Sasuke locked the door of the guest room and walked over to his nervous blonde. Gently he moved thumb across his blondes neck and his eyes narrowed when the makeup started to rub away. Naruto stayed silent only wincing when Sasuke pressed too hard. "What happened, who touched you." Sasuke stated deadly calm but Naruto knew better to think that. Sasuke was filled with rage.

"It was the creep wasn't it. I'll fucking kill him!" Sasuke started walking to the door his knuckles were white with rage, but he was stopped by gentle arms around his waist. "Sasuke, it's okay, I'm alright. If you confront him right now, then the plan will fail and Karin will be stuck with him." Sasuke turned around and bundled the blonde up in his arms and carried him to the bed. He sat down with his mate in his lap.

"Naruto, I fucking hate it when you put people above you." Sasuke growled lowly then leaned his head on the blonde's shoulder. "I love you, you know that?" Naruto nodded. "Let me heal you." Sasuke started to lick around Naruto's neck, since it wasn't an open wound it wouldn't work as well but the blonde felt so much relief from his mates tongue he began to purr quietly. "I love you too." Naruto said then kissed his mate.
