Third pov
Naruto walked towards the entrance of the door Sasuke and the rest were out there. "You know Sasuke said for you to stay inside." Madara called from the breakfast table they were at. The blonde turned and pouted at him. "I know, I'm just worried." He sat down again and continued to eat his food.

Sasuke and the others had been investigating the village for a few days. Not only was Naruto worried he was also having that pain again. He didn't want to freak Sasuke out so he would wait till the mission is over to tell him about it.

Sasuke pov
"Hey Sasuke that beta said that some alpha have been kidnapping omega and beta. I'm thinking there's an underground trafficking gang of some sort." Obito said as he pointed over to an old beta who had lost her daughter and son the the auction.

I sniffed around, Naruto would have been very helpful in searching for the gang but he needed to rest and get ready for labor, since it would be exhausting for him. I wasn't too worried about him going into labor because I would be able to sense it and head back immediately, but they were safe for now.

I can tell we are getting closer, I could sense a large amount of alpha in the direction we were headed.

I guessed it would be heavily guarded so for now we will just investigate, I didn't want any casualties.

Third pov
Naruto was laying in bed in extreme pain. He was almost definitely sure that the baby was coming. He was scared to send out pheromones to Sasuke because any alpha on the way would be able to smell. He had sent Madara to get Sasuke, and after a lot of arguing Madara was on his way to find the alpha leader.

The blonde gasped as another contraction came, he struggled to keep his breathing under control. He had tears streaming down his face as he struggled to keep his mouth quiet. "Sasuke..." He whispered out in agony. Some of his pheromones slipping out.

Madara ran as fast as he could, he was following Sasuke's scent and it seemed close by. He just hoped that Naruto was doing okay. The blond had gone into labor about an hour ago and Madara had left 45 minutes ago, after the blonde almost tore his hair out. He had made the blonde omega promise not to let any pheromones out, and he would get his mate as quickly as possible. He could tell he was catching up because they seemed to be moving slow.

"Sasuke!" He called into a clearing the group and made camp at. Sasuke looked over to him.

"Madara why are you here, your supposed to be with Naruto." He asked as worry came over his features. "Did something happen?" Sasuke asked almost hysterically.

Madara caught his breath before looking Sasuke straight in the eyes. "Naruto is in labor." Before the old raven even finished his sentence Sasuke was gone. Madara gathered everyone up and they moved out right behind Sasuke.

Sasuke panted as he ran inside the inn, his fear had come true, Naruto would be giving birth outside of the safety of their home. He opened the door and ran over to his mate. "S-Sasuke..." Naruto whimpered out.

Sasuke ran over to him and grabbed his hand. "Hey, don't worry love, I'm here now, we'll get you a doctor and you will be perfectly fine, okay?" He wiped the sweat from the blonde's forehead. "No.... Sasuke, I-I want you to deliver our baby." He gasped out.

Sasuke looked at his love like he was crazy. "What!? I nothing about delivering a child?! No, I want this to be perfect, we will find a perfect doctor who will know what they are doing." Sasuke kissed his loves hand as Naruto gripped his hand, his nails drawing blood.
