Velvette was sitting on the train that ran from Octotronica to Inkopolis. She shut her clothes shop, Octo Outfitters, for the day
While she was out, though she did try to find a volunteer to look after it, but no one was available.
A buzz goes off on her phone, and she quickly goes to check the notification, it's Eclipsa! Her friend, despite being 10 years older than her.
"Hiii Velvette!! So sorry I couldn't cover for you today, I had to travel to splatsville to meet Big man! You know, us two are a thing now and I just wanted to hang out with him more, I'm sorry!"
"It's alright Eclipsa! I've shut it for today, and I'm almost at Inkopolis! I've got some of Coco's turf-war gear, she said she needed some rerolls. Apparently the guy in Inkopolis is a total expert!"
"Nice! I've got to go now, me and Big man are off to lunch! Ttyl Velvette!!"
"Ttyl!"
Velvette put her phone back in her purse and as she did, the train stopped for Inkopolis! Velvette quickly got off and admired the scenery. Wow! Inkopolis was amazing! It was so colourful and bright! She instantly admired the tall neon green tower and animal statues next to it. After a bit of walking around, all she needed to do now was find the guy....
