A lot of Heroes were dying to SS4 High-End Nomus, like flies falling and then getting squashed
Izuku managed to get himself into a more Open Area, so he could dodge Dabi's Flames
Muscular however wasn't letting up, as Izuku simply got Angrier, noticing that Muscular was getting stronger and quickly reaching his Level, Izuku powered to his Max and at High-Speed cut off Muscular's Neck, cutting through like Butter, killing the Legendary Saiyan
