It was about 3:30 am ,
i put on my old scarf and my hat and of course i didn't forget my back bag.
I crept out of the palace, and fortunately none of the guards saw me. I did this almost every day, just to go to my friend Eve, who lives in the slum i felt really bad for her and her family too she wasn't just a friend for me she is like a sister so i used to bring food and bottels of water and some money with me to give them to eve so she and and her family can live for another month.
I hated that i was cheating on my dad .. But come on she is my best friend i can't just leave her die! For some stupid rules!
Finally, I reached the divergence point, where there were two roads in front of me, the road that leads to the slum and the road that leads to nothingness, as our country called it , The road of nothing, no matter how you walk, you will find only emptiness in front of you and a long, endless road.
So i took my normal road and got to eve's house i knocked her window's glass a few seconds she opened the window and helped me to get in her room i putted my bag down on the ground and i hugged her tightly.
" i really missed you so much sorry i didn't come yesterday but those fucking guards almost caught me! " I said trying to explain to Eve why didn't i come yesterday
She smiled warmly and replied me back
" its fine , i just got worried about you i though that they got you , the important thing now that you're fine , please be more careful! "
I nodded then i took my bag and putted it on her bed and took out the food , the bottles of water and the money that i was holding to give them to her for her family
She smiled gratefuly " i really don't know how to thank you yor you're the best thank you! "
" yah! Stop that! You're my friend that what friends do! Helping each other + you're from my people one day when i be the queen i will end those unfair rules! " I said in a serious tone , to see eve smiling and raising one hand in the air
" Queen yor! Queen yor! Queen yor! " she said cheering me and supporting my dream
So i laughed softly
" one day eve .. One day all of our dreams are going to come true "
i said by that i lied on her bed
" imagine with me eve "
she lied next to me
" what are we going to imagine today ? "
" hmm what if .. Maybe .. There's another world without bad people and full of fairness and everyone there are the same "
She sighed and replied
" It would be great to have a world like this, no more fear ... no more injustice ... no more hate ... no more division, our lives will turn out for the better! "
I smiled and laughed slightly on my thoughts
" yeah and some handsome men ;) " I said smirking
She laughed
" is this all what you care about ? "
She said loudly while laughing
" yeah! Like imagine .. Us marrying two handsome men and having children playing here and there " i said smiling
" seriously do you love kids or you just want to have a hot night with your husband ? " she said laughing
I smirked then we laughed loudly Suddenly we heard a footsteps outside the room i got up fast i hugged eve
" see ya! " I said then i left from the window and ran as fast as i can.
When i finally got out from the slum i stopped to take my breath i looked at the other road .. The road of nothing i noticed something shining from far away i felt curious .. I mean i will just have a look i won't go that far .
I walked through this street towards the shining thing, took out my flashlight to see what was in front of me.
I think i went far a little bit but it was worth it
Suddenly, the light that was coming out of my searchlight in front of me disappeared, as if it had been blocked off by a wall. I looked carefully to find that there was a wall in front of me, but it was transparent and watery. I ran my hand across it but felt nothing but air.
I pulled my hand, I looked at this wall with amazement, I was curious to know what was behind it, so I passed my hand across it again slowly. I was going to go through it with my whole body , but suddenly someone grabbed my wrist from behind the wall.
I panicked, and tried to pull my hand back, but it was of no use, it was so strong, my wrists hurt from how strong he's holding it. No matter how much I tried to pull, it was no use. All of a sudden, I found this thing grabbing my wrist, pulling me hard to make me cross this wall.
I didn't see anything except black while passing .. But then i saw the most charming person i have ever seen in my life.
