It's a typical day for Song Qian. It's just 6 AM as shown by the clock on her bedside. Vic stretched her body to fully wake her up. She then stayed laying down for some minutes, thinking of her schedule and chores she needs to do the whole day. Then her eyes snapped open and looked at something around their room. Her eyes caught a camera, the red light on it means it is filming.
Its been 5 years since Nickhun proposed to her on that new year and they are now married for 4 years. Yes, time flies so much when you are having fun, indeed. She looked at her right side and saw her sleeping husband, not minding the camera, she just smiled and gave him a kiss before getting out of bed. Wondering about the camera? It's a special featuring their family's daily routine to be shown on MBC during the holidays.
Vic then proceed to do her morning routine. After freshing up and making herself presentable, she went out and tried to listen around her, when she heard nothing, she went on and proceed to the living room. Cameras are installed everywhere and she's not concerned about it, rather she smiled and waved to every camera she passed by. She went to the kitchen and saw a camera installed on the kitchen counter.
"Good morning everyone. Welcome to our home. So every morning, the first thing i do is to prepare breakfast. We enjoy american breakfast like toast, bacon, ham and egg or rice and sausage in the morning. Today i'll be preparing sandwich and sliced fruits for us since someone is asked me to prepare it for today's breakfast." Vic said while preparing the ingredients she needs, she also prepares coffee, and yoghurt drink. She even prepared some for the ROS staffs.
While in their room, Khun is stirring awake after hearing whines and movement from the baby monitor on his bedside. He immediate move out of bed and walked to the other room. He walked in and carried something, someone rather, in his arms before he turned on the lights. A surprise awaits everyone when a smiling little girl appeared, eyes blinking while adjusting to the light. Khun snuggled the little one and kissed her head.
"Good morning my princess. It's Change time." He immediately placed her on the changing table. He changed her diapers and carry her again. The girl stopped wiggling and is now giving her father her morning smile.
Khun went out of the room to check on the room next to the nursery. He smiled to see the bedside lamp open and saw a little boy sitting quietly on top of his bed.
"Oh, you wake up so early. Good morning buddy." He said as he approached the kid.
"Good morning Dada, Good morning princess." the boy said and kissed them both
They are their lovely treasures. The eldest, Nouchan Vlademir Song-Horvejkul or commonly called as Uno, 3 years old, the little gentleman and loving older brother to their 6 month old, Baby Navi or Nareeya Victoria Song-Horvejkul. Their kids, their pride and joy.
"Are you hungry? Im sure Mom's already making us food." Khun said
Uno nodded and went out of bed. He went to his bathroom and brushed his teeth. He even removed his own nappy, deposited it to the bin. He helped him wash and wear his pajama pants. Khun just smiled at how mature his son is. The three of them went to look for Vic.
"What's that?" Uno cluelessly asked his Dad after seeing such changes in their living room as well as the tents and cameras installed.
"Say good morning to the camera." Khun said
"Good morning!" Uno greeted it with a bow. Even his speech is good.
"Very good." Then they both headed to the kitchen to see Vic preparing the table already.
"Good morning to you three." Vic greeted them with a beautiful smile.
Khun then kissed Vic in the forehead as soon as he went close to her.
"Good morning Mama!" Khun greeted her with a hug too
"Good morning! Mama, morning kiss!" Uno said
Victoria smiled and kissed Uno and Navi
"How's your sleep sweetheart?" She asked her son who's now busy looking at their food.
"Good Mama. I dreamed of swimming with dolphins." She just said.
Vic placed Uno in his high chair and gave him his sandwich and yoghurt. Theres scrambled egg too. Their food is already on the table. A clubhouse sandwich, scrambled egg, slices of cheese and a vegetable salad too., Khun gave their daughter to her for feeding and made coffee for them.
"Are you ready for today sweetheart?" Vic asked the boy. His eyes glowed with hapiness and excitement
"Yes Mama! I want to see lots of sea animals! I love dolphins!" Uno said excitedly.
Its the weekend so they decided to visit the aquarium. The boy loves to watch videos about sea creatures and his favorite are dolphins. Lately, he is asking them to bring him in an aquarium. He's in love with all kinds of sea creatures and seeing him so excited makes the couple's heart explode with happiness.
"Lets hope we can watch dolphins later. Dada said there's seals and penguins too." Vic said.
"Really Dada?" Uno's eyes inquired his father.
"The last time i know they have lots of fun things to show us later. You will have lots of fun later buddy." Khun assured him
A wide smile plastered on the child's face while eating.
While she's still feeding Navi, Khun sat beside her. He put food to his plate and feed his wife instead. Its normal for them, Vic will feed Navi while Khun feed her and himself.
"Mama?"
"Yes sweetheart?"
"If im a good boy later, can i get Navi a dolphin stuffy later?"
"Only Navi? How about you?" Khun asked his son
"I have lots of dolphin stuffy Dada, but Navi has none. I want her to make friends with dolphins." Uno said while enjoying his food.
This moments like these warms the heart of Vic or of any parent.
"If you behave well then you will be rewarded as usual sweetheart. I will let you choose one for Navi and one for yourself too."
"Really? Yes!" Uno cheered.
"But finish your food first." she reminded him
They enjoyed their food, talk some more and planned things for their day out. After breakfast, Khun volunteered to clean up while Vic, Uno and Navi sat together on the couch, cuddling and looking at the view of Han river from their living room while listening to a soft english love songs. After cleaning up, Khun joined his family. Khun side cuddling Vic, Uno hugging his Mama and Navi on Khun's lap They often spend time like this. Just relaxing and feeling loved.
"I love you Mama, Dada, Navi." Uno whispered.
Victoria looked at Khun, pouted but smiling. She's so used to Uno's sweetness now but it still made her heart flutter, she kissed her baby boy too. Khun proudly gave his son a thumbs up, then kissed his head too.
"I love you too, sweetheart. I love you Navi. I love you Dada." Vic said, she hugged Uno a little tighter and gave her husband a soft kiss too.
"I love you Buddy. I love you princess." Khun said and kissed them. He then looked at Vic and whispered
"Thank you for giving ma a second chance. Thank you for loving me. And thank you gifting me our lovely kids, My Love. You three are my happiness. I love you so much, Mama."
It took them a while to achieve the happiness they are experiencing now but for Qian and Khun, every sacrifices, challenges, and obstacles they've been through is worth it. And everything they have now, they deserve it!
