The night passed and Vic woke up early to check if everything in the house is ready for Mei Li. She cooked breakfast and even changed Mei Li's sheets into a new one.
"You wake up early." Khun said as he woke up
"Im just excited to see Mei Li. I change the sheets to make sure that everything is clean. The bottles are cleaned too. I even ask the staffs if they disinfect the house before we move and im glad they did." Vic
"You worry too much. Just relax, everything's gonna be fine." Khun
"I' m just a little worried but im ok. Just let me. Let's go have some breakfast.... I already prepared it." Vic
"This early? Yeobo,... It's just 7 am." Khun
"Ppalli-wa... It's rude to let the blessings wait..." Vic
"Arasso, arasso..." Khun
After a while Khun went down to see his wife checking on her notebook. She hugged her from behind and nestle his chin to her shoulders.
"We did not forget anything right?" Vic
"It's all in there. I told you to stop worrying, everything will be fine and Mei-mei will love everything in here." Khun
In his husband's words, Vic sat down and they enjoyed their food. They were done eating and washing their used plates when the doorbell rings. Khun opened the door and saw their teacher coming and carrying a baby covered with a towel.
"It's a bit misty outside so i covered her first." Teacher
"Is she asleep?" Khun
"Aniyo, she's fully awake. She keeps on moving." Teacher
"Annyeonghaseo Songsangnim..." Vic
"Annyeonghaseo, Mei-mei is a kid who follows anyone, she's very friendly and playful so hope you enjoy your moments with her." Teacher
"We will treasure every seconds with her". Vic
"I know so this is Mei Li." Their teacher uncovers Mei Li and her cute smiling face welcomes Vic and Khun.
"Ottoke... She's so pretty... Ottoke..." Vic then approached to carry the baby. In Vic's delight, Mei Li opened her arms and go with Vic immediately
"Your good in carrying kids, is this really your first time taking care of babies?" Teacher
"It is... She has this cute bunny eyes too. Mei Li-ah, call me Omma." Vic
"And i'm Appa, Khun Appa." Khun
"Please take care of my daughter." Teacher
"We will..." Vic and Khun
And their teacher went home and leave Mei Li with them.
The three are now left home. The two cant let their eyes off Mei Li.
"Ottoke? Ottoke? I don't want to let her go. She's the cutest!" She sat down in the sofa and let Mei-mei stand in her lap.
"You two have the same eyes, nose, she's long too." Khun
"Mei-mei, Omma and Appa will bring you out today, let's go shopping!" Vic
"Yehey! Let's go." Khun
"Chagaman, i'll change her clothes first, i want to use one of the twinning dress hanging in our closet." Vic
"Arasso." Khun
The three went up and change. Vic choose a white sundress with green leaves design in the bottom part. Then a white sandals to complete their summer look. While with the same clothes, Vic choose a white shoes for Meimei. While Khun joined them in his white polo shirt, Jeans and white rubber shoes armed with Mei-mei's white diaper bag!
