SUHYEOK AND DAESU

(AN : this is a special chapter which is outside from the series. This chapter is based on the conversation between daesu and suhyeok.)

SUHYEOK POV :

Hey daesu! Why aren't you
asleep yet? I questioned

"Suhyeok-ah" he calls me, his voice sounding sad.

" Everyone one of us who survived we had someone to look after like our family,siblings or relatives except chaewon. She lost her family, best friend, the love of her life. Definitely her family means a lot to her but I keep thinking about how she lost Namra and cheongsan.
Namra and Chaewon are literally bestfriends. I always adored their friendship, the way chaewon cared about namra and the way namra put her everything to protect chaewon and all of us. At last our cheongsan, I don't even know what to talk about them. We all knew that chaewon was always in love with cheongsan, to be honest I didn't expect him to like her back cause I thought he always had his eyes on onjo. But the way cheongsan confessed to chaewon that he loves her right after he was about to turn, that breaks my heart. I feel very very sad for her, I don't know what she must be going through." Daesu said some long and emotional words.

" Daesu do you remember back then when we took shelter at the gym room, then out of sudden cheongsan took a promise from me"
I said to daesu.

" A promise?" He asks

Hmm, I nod

" I don't know why he told me to promise him that if he couldn't make it out alive then I should look after chaewon and protect her. Back then I didn't understood why he said that but now when I think about it, it feels like as if he knew he was going to die. So that's why the more I look at chaewon, the more I remember cheongsan." I say remembering all the last talk I had with cheongsan regarding chaewon.

"He loved her a way too much than we thought." Daesu says.

" Yah Daesu , you know what cheongsan was about to ask chaewon out for a date after we got out from this mess, he sounded really happy."

Daesu sighs feeling sad.

There was a saying that
"If a person loses a particular something or someone, then they get up right after and change for the next best thing but the person who lost everything will never be able to get up they will be completely shattered." Daesu continues

"Do you think chaewon will become like that?" Daesu questions me.

But I couldn't answer. What should I answer. Even if I bring her the world infront of her she would ask for namra and cheongsan. I feel hopeless seeing my bestfriend going through this. We both lost two important people in our lives.

"I lost my girlfriend and she lost her bestfriend,
I lost my bestfriend and she lost her love of her life."
