"Tay give me two more seconds and I'll have it done." Magnolia said her niece that was fidgeting to be let up out of the seat. She twisted the ponytail holder on the end of the braid and held her hands up in victory.

"Did you get them done?" Taylor asked running to the mirror to look at her double French braids she had on her hair.

"Yep. Now be careful to not rip them cause I won't be able to fix them before the race." Magnolia said as she brushed out her own curls, laying the brush down and running her fingers through her hair. She was dressed in ripped skinny jeans, white ankle boots and a black tight cropped t shirt. Once the other two were dressed, she took a selfie and captioned it "aunt mags & her lil favorites ready for a home town win!" As she posted it on her Instagram story.

Leading the girls down to pit road, they all found the FedEx hauler and the girls went running inside where their dad would be with his crew chief.

"Hey girlie. It's been awhile." Samantha Busch, Denny's teammate Kyle Busch's wife said as she traveled from their hauler over to where the small blonde stood.

"Hey Sam! It has! How's Brexton?" Magnolia painted a smile on her lips as she gave Sam a hug.

"He's doing great. He's killing it out on dirt, so it's a miracle I'm able to get here for this race." Sam chuckled, looking over to where her son had just exited the hauler.

"I'm glad you're here, I've missed my race track girl friend." Magnolia said with a smile, making Sam smile. They stood and caught back up with each other, watching the guys work with the equipment to take it to the car.

"So how's Alex?" Sam asked, making Magnolia's head turned quickly to the brunette who smiled.

"Alex?" Magnolia questioned, trying to play it off.

"Girl, I'm not dumb. I see your posts, Denny has said some things to Kyle, and the one post of you two Alex had on his story." Sam said making small blonde shake her head with a small laugh.

"Oh yeah, right. We are the best of friends, kinda reminds me of high schoolers living their best life with their best friends. He's a great guy." She said with a smile to the brunette.

"That's great. I'm happy for you. Speaking of the devil." Sam said with a smile motioning over to where the tall brunette boy had been walking up to the FedEx hauler but was stopped by a couple fans for an autograph and a selfie. Magnolia chuckled, her blue eyes meeting his, and a genuine grin wiped across his lips. As he approached, he gave the smile to Sam and gave her a light hug as a greeting.

"Hey, stink." He said turning to Magnolia who scrunched her lips at the nickname. At that time, Denny walked out of the hauler with his two girls in front of them.

"Hey you're Alex Bowman." Taylor said running up to Alex, who stood next to Magnolia.

"Yes I am. You must be Taylor, and then Molly." He said with a smile to the two girls.

"I am. Are you dating my Aunt Maggie?" Taylor blurted, making Magnolia reach to her mouth and looked at Sam, both of the girls giggling slightly when she asked.

"No...not yet." Alex chuckled, pausing before said the last two words. In shock, Magnolia turned and met his blue gaze her mouth slightly gapped at what he said. She tried to hide it so Denny couldn't see.

"Well you need to. She talks about you all the time." Taylor sighed making Magnolia put her hand on her face, shaking her head with a giggle.

"Okay, Alex must be going to his hauler. Bye guys." Magnolia blurted out, grabbing Alex by the arm and pulling him away from the hauler. He laughed the entire time she pulled, and when they got away from the hauler, he pulled her back to walk side by side with her. Neither one of them spoke about what he said, as soon as he got to the hauler they pulled him from her to get some things done before going to the grid.

"Good luck, Sugar." Magnolia said reaching around Alex's torso, feeling him wrap his arms around her.

"See you in victory lane, Spice." He said making her laugh as she pulled away.

"Confident today, are we?" She chuckled and brushed a piece of her blonde hair behind her ear.

"Oh you know it." He winked and handed her his sunglasses and drink as he got into the car. She walked back to his pit box, said a hello to Greg and sat down.

"Alex Bowman steals one in Richmond!"

Everyone stood up in the box and celebrated, as well as the guys below. Magnolia cheered and hugged Greg watching the cars piled onto pit road as the 48 did his burnouts and interviews, allowing everyone to make their way to victory lane. She pushed through the crowd to get to her brother first, who was standing next to his car in defeat.

"Hey bubs." Magnolia said softly as she approached, Denny avoiding eye contact with her. She shook her head and wrapped her arms around him to comfort him, and he gave her a slight hug back.

"Don't worry about me. Go celebrate with Alex." Denny said softly releasing her from the hug.

"I wanna make sure you're okay." Magnolia shook her head, making Denny chuckle.

"I'll get over it. Go celebrate silly." He said with a chuckle. She sighed and nodded, leaving the FedEx group to go make her way to victory lane. They had already celebrated, and the Ally crew was doing the hat dance as the blonde approached. Alex finally found her, giving her a small smile before turning to snap another picture.

"Hey, Sugar. You were serious about that 'see you in victory lane." Magnolia said as Alex approached, no sooner scooping her off her feet in a tight hug.

"Oh yeah. Sorry it was your brother I had to pass for that." Alex said making her chuckle.

"It's all good, he'll get over it. Congratulations bud. I'm proud of you." Magnolia said leaning back on her feet, connecting her blue eyes with his.

"There's one thing actually, that would complete this win." Alex said with a tap of his finger on his chin.

"Shoot, I forgot the Cheetos." Magnolia jokingly put her hand to her face.

"Nah, that's not it. This is." Alex said glancing to the side with a chuckle before reaching up to pull her chin up to here her lips met his.
