It was Winblume Festival, one of the main events in Mondstadt where people give their winblumes to their loved ones. Whilst there was a romantic overtone to the festival, Winblume Festival is also an opportunity to improve any or all relationships that people have. It is also important that every person takes matters into their own hand so that everyone is able to enjoy Winblume Festival to the fullest. Even the Acting Grand Master, Jean, has less paperwork to do during the festival. However, she would insisted on staying in her office and go through all the completed documents in case there were any error in them, which rarely occurred. The people of the Knights of Favonius noticed it, but didn't dare to question it, except for the humble librarian, Lisa.

"Not going to take a break and enjoy the festival?"

Lisa said, leaning against the door as she looked at the Acting Grand Master. Jean smiled. "Unfortunately, I have to refuse. I still have to check on the details in the documents in case I miswritten something." Lisa sighed as she walked up to her. "You are aware that such occurrence is almost impossible when you were the one who wrote it, are you not?" Jean stayed silent as she looked down. "I'm afraid that if I took a break from work, something unexpected happens. I'm just... worried. I don't want the festival to fell apart because of me and the happiness in the people's faces are enough to me. They deserve it." Lisa gave her a worried look. "But what about you? As the leader of Mondstadt, don't you deserve to be happy as well? At least, enjoy the festival for one day. No work-related stuffs, no worrying over little things that will never happen. After all, the Knights of Favonius aren't unintelligent people. They will always stay alerted in case something alarming happen and the traveller is also here, so what is there to be worried about? I can also help you with the other affairs while you were gone. Don't worry, as soon as you are done enjoying yourself, I'll update you. Sounds good?" Lisa smiled as the blonde thought to herself and slowly nodded. "Fine.. but what should I do to forget about work? I don't really have anything planned." Lisa paused for a while. "Oh! That reminds me. Would you like to hangout with a friend of mine? I bet he also has nothing interesting in mind." Jean tilted her head. "He? Is it that Y/n you always talk about?" Lisa nodded. "That's right! This is your chance to get to know him. Please, Jean? I don't know how many times I've already said this but, please have a date with Y/n. I'm sure you will like him. Please?" After a few minutes of being pestered, Jean finally accepted to date Y/n. Lisa was surprised that her plan had worked and smiled brightly. "Wonderful! I'll be arranging the date right away and I'll give you the exact location of the date later. The date is tomorrow so be prepared. I'll see you later then." Lisa giggled and left. Jean sighed.

"Yes! She said yes! Let's setup a date." Lisa immediately grabbed a paper and a quill with a sufficient amount of ink. She wrote an invitation meant for Y/n with a smile before sending it.

Y/n sat at the edge of the cliff as he relaxed while closing his eyes, enjoying the cold breeze that blew on his face and through his smooth hair. Then, footsteps could be heard as he sighed. "Enjoying the cold wind?" The Anemo Archon sat beside him. He hummed. "Pretty much. Is it your doing?" Venti chuckled. "Well, you guessed it. Don't you have a windblume for me? Where's my flower?" Y/n looked at him as he handed him a beautifully made bouquet of cecilia flowers. Venti's eyes sparkled as he grabbed the bouquet happily. "For me? Aww, this is the best bouquet so far. Thanks for the windblume, Y/n~" He only nodded. "Say, Y/n. Do you have a plan during Winblume Festival?" Y/n thought for a while before shaking his head. "No, why?" His eyes lit up as he held his shoulders. "Then! Would you go on a date with-" "Sure." "Wait what?" Venti looked at him in shock. "But you always refuse every time I ask you about having a date with the Acting Grand Master. Hmm is there a reason?" Y/n looked at him. "Hmm... Maybe because it's windblume? The festival itself is an event where people fix their relationships or even make new ones. Plus, she might be very busy given her position and all on the normal days. I don't want to bother her since I don't think it's that important." Venti nodded. "Well, you do have a point. Anyways, the date is tomorrow okay? I believe that librarian lady is going to send you an invitation letter any moment now." He chuckled before putting a hand around his shoulders. "While the day is almost come to an end, would you like to have a drink with me at the tavern?" Y/n looked at him with sparkling eyes.
