a/n :: this is based on a true story. its one of my classmates experience <3 and if you're asking, yes i did ask for permission if I could make it a story and so she agreed.

Au : Modern, College

'When you fall in love with someone, you tend to fall for them each day.ʼ That's what Tighnari's mother said to him. He had to admit, it's true. He fell so hard, for him.

He didn't knew exactly how he fell in love. He didn't care about him at first, but when they slowly started talking, he noticed something he thought he will never experience.

Tighnari's Pov

"Tighnari, help me with this later. If that's okay?" Cyno showed a paper that our Professor gave him earlier. I only nodded and went back to my notes.

Our English semester was next and so our Professor walked in. "Good morning, class. Today you won't be writing down any notes but to do an activity today." The Professor had colored papers on the table and smiled. "Help yourselves. Pick only one, please." Each of the students stood up and took a paper, especially me.

Once we all sat down, our Professor spoke once again. "Please make a letter for someone, in this class. Anyone is okay, put it as anonymous or not, it's fine." And surprisingly, everyone was excited. And me, I already had someone in mind.

And so, once we were all done, our Professor read some of our letters, surprisingly yet, the second letter was mine and it was the color purple.

"Ah, this is anonymous. It says,
Dear Cyno,
I'm not completely sure if I like you, but ever since I layed my eyes on you I thought of something that goes like 'Oh, he's pretty handsomeʼ. And I'll be honest, I never knew I'd like you. It was unexpected. But for now, I just want to say thank you for being so kind to me." Everyone squealed inside the room, and I did the same, pretending it wasn't me. (Real letter, she just told me to cut the other parts out.)

As time has passed, I realized, I was sure about him. I was in love. We may not be close but I somehow liked him. But, this girl..

They were so close to eachother. As if they were, dating. Jealousy held me tightly, but I hid it, too well. Slowly, I soonly realized he played the same game I like, Genshin Impact. Even the actual Invokation TCG.

We did get, a little closer. I try to be the first move to talk to him, but mostly he did. But that didn't mean our relationship was going to change. He will see me as a friend, and always be.

As it turned to Valentines day, I decided to make him a letter saying that I was actually in love with him.

The letter goes like this:

"Dear Cyno,
Hello! I'm the person who made the purple letter. I'm sorry for my handwriting at the previous letter before, my seat mate might see it so I rushed making it. Happy valentines day, by the way. I hope you like the chocolate I gave you. This will be my last letter to you. Anyway, Happy valentines again, celebrate it with someone, at least.
