Karina woke up from her sleep on the couch in the living room that night surprised that Winter was sitting on the floor, leaning slightly to the couch with her head on the comfy material. The actress smirked at the most innocent view from the bodyguard.

The feeling of Winter staying at her house wasn't that weird because of their friendship. But what's weird to Karina right now is this weird feeling inside her that telling her it was more than weird that Winter was staying here.

It was the feeling of warmth and longing.

But Karina couldn't reason why.

Winter was sleeping soundly despite her awkward position and dirty coffee table full of beers and soju. Karina was hit by the memory that she drink too much that night.

Not that she can't remember that she kissed Winter.

The clock on the wall makes the actress realize it's already passed midnight. After clearing up the table and gulping down some warm water, Karina headed back to wake Winter up.

She needs to be in the bed, or she will get great back pain the next day.

"Winter, wake up...", Karina said as she shake the younger woman's body gently. Winter whines once and continues to sleep again.

"Gosh. Winter Kim, wake up or you'll get sick from sleeping sitting", Karina called her again, but this time, Winter hummed once and finally open up her sleepy eyes.

"Let's go upstairs...", Karina stand up first, holding Winter's wrist and slightly pulling her up.

As Karina tried to walk by pulling Winter to follow her, the younger woman froze in place, and Karina immediately turned her head towards Winter full of dissatisfaction.

"Aren't you going up? Or you will sleep here?"

Winter didn't answer her words. Sleepy eyes still looking straight into Karina's. They look into each other's eyes for a while as Karina tried to see if Winter wanted to send her messages or something through their eye contact. But it was none.

No words and only eyes. Karina was getting shy at how Winter was looking at her. Brown sleepy orbs that can sway Karina for an unknown reason. She realized that her cheeks are burning, so Karina turn her head somewhere else, trying to hide her embarrassment.

"Or... do you want to sleep t-together..."

Karina's voice was almost like a whisper, and slowly she regrets what she said when the younger woman didn't give her any answer. When Karina turned her head back towards Winter, the younger woman smiled slightly and nodded her head once.

Karina's heart went for a run.

This wasn't weird.

Karina and Winter did sleep together before, side by side when Winter came to stay for the night. It wasn't weird at all.

But Karina's heart never went this crazy for Winter before.

"Stupid heart. Why won't you stay still and beat like normal??!"

Panic. But Winter already drove herself into a deep sleep beside her on the actress's king-size bed. Only is that this moment was too surreal for Karina to live. Winter might have had this effect on Karina's body after high school that Karina couldn't remember, Karina thought.
