The Superhero girls and the Supervillain girls managed to find the mysterious beings taking down the armored assailants abducting civilians in the form of Eerie, Omen, Bold and Architect but later as they were about to decide who gets them either locked up or used... Both groups were in the presence of true horror, Mistress Fright, Queen of the Blackheart family, the Symbiotic hybrid race of Daywalker Vampires.

Fright: Hello there...

Wonder Woman: Great Hera...

Zatanna: She looks like a goddess in a transylvanian type of way.

Livewire: A little early for Halloween isn't it, lady?

Fright: The famous Superhero girls... The very protectors of Metropolis. I must say that I... admire your work.

Supergirl: (glares) Can't say the same about you and your teammates.

Fright: Ah yes, my children... Has your task been completed?

Eerie: Yes, Mother Fright. Hostages secured and assailants slain.

Green Lantern (Jessica): You approve of this?! You're basically executing innocent people!

Fright: Innocent people, you say...? Oh here we go again...

Fright holds up an armored assailant in her hand by the neck, struggling to get loose.

Fright: Tell me... Does this look like an innocent person to you...?

She removed the mask and reveals the undead's face as he was snarling and grunting.

Batgirl: I knew it! I knew it! I knew it! An undead, blood sucking vampire!

Harley Quinn: A vampire! I told ya Ivy! I told ya!

Fright: We don't harm or execute innocent people... only those who are irredeemable, wicked, truly evil whether they're human or not...

Wonder Woman: But that isn't Justice, executing the villains will make you no better than the villains themselves!

The villain girls glared at the Amazon.

Wonder Woman: If you act as an outlaw and executioner, you'll be feared by the very people you've sworn to protect! And having your children fall in your footsteps will worsen your resolve!

Fright shook her head with a chuckle.

Fright: Quite the words of advice but we're not simple minded like that.

She drove her hand morphed into a blade through the undead's back and chest, shocking the heroes and villains as the creature screeches in agony, his body breaking down and turning to ashes.

Fright: Ashes to ashes... Dust to dust... You see Wonder Woman, there are a lot of heroes we've worked with, had a lot of respect to do the right thing but there are choices to be made in order to protect even if it's not by code... There are those villains, human or not, who can be contained either to want or need redemption or to face judgement for their crimes.

Wonder Woman: Yes but execution isn't the way.

Fright: ... Half right you are, Amazon. But there are others who aren't on the path of redemption, only on the path to bloodshed. Those who continue to invade, to ruin, to take, to destroy, to make suffer... these kinds of villains are too dangerous to be contained or to be left alive, I've known others like that... And we do what must be done, not because we enjoy it...

Fright floats down to meet the heroes and villains.

Fright: There are gray areas in this world of black and white but you're all teenagers, still have your lives ahead of you. Some villains can face jail time or find means of redemption while some villains must be slain for crimes so inhuman and so diabolical it'll cause more humans to be deceased.
