August {POV}:
when I heard the cop say Tanya then Tanya say Dad my face went blank. I knew Tanya had a dad but she never talked about him so I didn't ask. Tanya got out the car and went to talk to him
Tanya {POV}:
WTF, ugh I dislike my dad with a passion I don't talk about him because he is an asshole in every way. he abandoned me and my mother when I was little then he came back when my mom got hooked on drugs oh and he is also a dirty cop and he is also always in the streets so when I moved in with August I lost all contact with him.
I got out of the car and whent to talk to him
Me: what the hell
HerDad: watch your mouth I am still you father
Me: could have fooled me, look I have a new life now and a good man and I don't want to be botherd by you any more so please stay out of my life and if you are not gonna give us a ticket can we go.
Herdad:well I wanna tell you I am sorry for not being there for you and I miss my daughter and your mom is much better she is off drugs and we got remarried and she misses you to and no I am not gonna give you a ticket.
Me:thank you now good bye
I went and got back in the car I told August to drive off he look at me strange then did as he was told. we got to the restaurant and ate and I had a couple drinks. then we got back in the car and drove home. I got undressed and got in bed with just my underwear and bra. August came and got in the bed with no shirt on and layed next to me he kissed my neck and I guessed he sensed I didn't want to talk about what happened then we fell asleep.
next day
I woke up with August still sleep so I did my hygiene then and went downstairs to make me some breakfast when I went back upstairs my phone went off and it was unknown number so I answered it anyway
Me: hello
???: hi is this Tanya James
Me: this is she may I ask who's calling
???: my name is Vanessa Collins from genuine modeling agency and we would like to meet with you about possibly working with you
Me: yes of course when would you like to meet
so we continued to talk to work out all the details then when we hung up I got dressed and wrote August a note about where I was going and left.
