AU, where the prophecy doesn't exist, as well as Calamity powers. Mr. and Mrs. Wu initially didn't plan to move from Los Angeles, so Marcy wasn't going to "run away from reality" with her friends, but decided to offer a music box for Anne's birthday, just because she liked the design. After Leif's "betrayal," Andrias nevertheless listened to her and didn't conquer Earth, even when the music box was fully charged, justifying himself to Aldrich, The Core and its other members, that he was "waiting for a suitable moment." [Y/n] and the girls remain in Amphibia longer than in the canon, and they can also travel between worlds with the box.
Small addition: Andrias is NOT a cyborg.

Tw: angst, light self-harm mention (like, literally only one time)

--------------------------------------

After... that quarrel, you drew conclusions. First, Andrias' father is a jerk. Second, Andrias did not have anyone to whom he could speak out. He is so used to it that he holds back his emotions, and then "explodes" when they overwhelm him. And you could see that he sometimes feels bad. You mean, you saw him... scowl. You saw how his throat tightened, how he gulped a large lump in his throat, how he hardly blinked. You knew he still kept everything to himself. And it was wrong. Leviathan needs to speak out, to cry out. And you are here to help him.

Andrias was busy all day today with some... political stuff. You have heard that it is connected with toads and some distant villages that you have not seen or heard about. Honestly, you didn’t understand this and didn’t really want it. You even thought it was somehow wrong. Your boyfriend is literally "connected" with politics, and you don't understand anything about it. In general, you just lay on the bed all day, reading different books that you took from the library. You didn't even notice how late the evening had come. You were prompted by the fact that you have already begun to yawn. However, you continued to read. You were waiting for Andrias. And so, the door opened and he entered... all tired, even with disheveled hair and under the shrinking curse already. Wow, he obviously looked bad, and he moved slowly. You put down the book.

— Andrias, are you okay? You don't look very good.

You noticed that he wasn't looking at you, only at the floor. He literally threw the crown on the bedside table, though it fell. Leviathan didn't even come to pick it up. What the heck? You leaned across the bed to pick up that very crown. The king has already turned to leave.

— Andrias, what happened? You didn't get sick, did you? — weird, but it was... strange for you to hold the crown. It was smooth, hard and heavy.

— It's-- it's okay, — he answered in an almost trembling voice, holding on to the doorknob.

— Then where are you going?

— I, uh... I'll be back soon, don't worry, — he smiled tightly and left. You just... stared at the door. And then you put the crown on the bedside table. You stood up and began to remove the covers from the bed. You also put the book in your backpack and just... stood up, staring at the wall. This Leviathan situation is stressing you out. Obviously something happened and you could not sit still. While you were just standing there, the door opened again. You turned your head. Did it seem to you or did Andrias have wet hair? And although, he washed himself before going to bed, of course, what a stupid question... he even changed to pajamas/robe. But his mood didn't change. Leviathan also sluggishly entered and closed the door. You fully turned around and walked towards him.

— Andrias, what's the matter? Something happened?

— It's-- it's nothing, [Y/n]. Just a hard day at work, — the king clenched his right hand, smiling nervously. You tilted your head, "studying" him.
