Outside the school, a tall man appeared to be in his twenties with an average build, black hair, golden bangs, and a black goatee.

"Damn, why is it me who has to deal with this?"

Azazel wondered why they sent him. Azazel entered the school.
He could feel the pressure surrounding him; it was no joke. The fact that such an old man existed and they never knew about it made him shudder.

"I just hope everything goes as planned."

Azazel continues to walk towards the school principal's office; he passed quickly through the school to avoid being met by Issei and others. Azazel arrives before the door and knocks; a voice behind the door is heard.

"Please come in!"

Azazel enters the room, and what greets him is an old man sitting in a chair while playing chess alone. The room had an eerie vibe that would swallow Azazel whole.

Even the room is dangerous. Azazel walked towards Reinhardt and sat down in the chair to assess the monster in front of him.

"It's nice to meet you, Governor General of the Fallen Angels, Azazel." The pressure increased even more.
--------------------------------------------------------
Reinhardt was currently assessing what he had been given by God; after all, it's better to know what you have sooner than ever. In the middle, he sensed a being approaching the school.

'Azazel? What is he doing here?

He let Azazel enter and greeted him.

Reinhardt recalled what he remembered about Azazel. He is very compassionate, as he would do whatever he could to help people in need.

He adopted Vali and cared for him as his own son after learning of the immense abuse and cruelty that Vali had suffered from his father and grandfather. However, there seems to be a hidden former side to Azazel, as Shiva told him that he is the most sinister of the Fallen Angels, despite wanting to spread peace.

Yes, he was also a big pervert, like Issei. It will be easy to communicate with him.

"What brings you here?" I heard you're usually busy.

"Don't worry, I was only here to meet the great being who stunned heaven and hell; you became a big shot after all."

"Hmm, is that all?" Reinhardt asked with a low tone of voice.

Azazel, feeling the change of tone, changes the subject.

"I would like to invite you to the council meeting that will take place tomorrow. All the gods are planning to be there. "Are you interested?"

That sounds fantastic! All the gods will be meeting in one place. That sounded like a giant opportunity to not miss.

Reinhard calmed down in his mind.

"That sounds interesting; I guess I will join for fun then."

Azazel smiled and used his magic circle, causing an envelope to appear in his hand.

After Azazel left, the day ended peacefully as I began to prepare.
------------------------------------------------------------
The next day was a grand day. All sorts of divinities had gathered, from gods of all kinds to noble demons.

"Holy crap, we get to be here, is everything okay?"

Issei, along with others, were given invitations, so they were allowed to be there. They wore fancy clothes like suits and dresses to be more presentable.

"Of course it's fine; after all, you're a member of my peer group, and your presence here is normal."

Issei was overjoyed to have arrived here after seeing so many beautiful demons and goddesses—great heavens for the eyes. But he sensed something ominous behind him.
Suddenly a voice was heard behind them; it was none other than Vali and his group.

"Issei, it's been a while."
"Vali, what are you doing here?" Issei equips his gear immediately, but he is interrupted by Rias.

"Issei, we aren't here to fight; they were also invited, so don't bother doing it here."

'Tch' Issei calmed down as soon as a glass tap was heard, and everyone's attention was drawn to Azazel, the host, as well as Sirzech and Ajuka.

"Welcome everyone. I hope you all will enjoy this day and mark it as a day of importance. While we all meet for discussion, the young ones can socialize."

After that, most gods and other demons, angels, and important guests headed into the giant room. They all began to take their appropriate seats, and one seat was empty.

Sirzech, who made the comment, questioned Azazel.
"Is there someone else whom you invited?"

"Yes, he is important. Tell everyone to be patient as we wait."

Sirzech tells the others to wait, but some begin to be impatient.

"Why do we have to wait for that one seat anyway? Everyone who is important is here; do we really need to wait?"

"I hate to agree, but yes, when do we start this? I am getting bored."

One of the four great devils proclaimed Serafall, warning of impending conflict between rival factions. The air suddenly shifted, as though the air had disappeared altogether, and the room started to suffocate abnormally.

'What is this pressure, and where is it coming from?'

Everyone searches for the cause, and as pressure builds, a massive water circle develops at the door.

"Even though I can't release my aura, it is growing weaker. This power, what is it?" Sirzech attempted to let some of his aura of destruction escape, but only a small portion did. Not just him but Serafall and the Gods were also battling to escape this weird influence.

Azazel, who was under pressure, laughed.

"You didn't have to go this far, old man."

The figure had an elderly aspect, was dressed in shades resembling green, and had an antique cane. He exuded wisdom that was superior to his years, like that of a grand deity.

"It seems I was quite late."

The old man began to walk as the pressure subsided.

Serafall, shaken by the pressure asked

"Who are you?"

Reinhardt looked at her and answered.
