It's Just a DreamRaya could feel her heart beating outside of her chest.
The crowd that was once crowding her, was slowly leaving one of the Hogwarts Express compartments.
Making eye contact with Harry once again before he fully disappeared into the hallway.
What a horrible dream, she thought. As Ron closed the compartment doors, she tried to see what year she was dreaming this in.
Turning back to face her, he looked at her with a sympathetic look. "I'm sorry about that, it's just they were already intrigued by the sound of the wind, and once you fainted, I knew I had to get some sort of help."
Raya, who was distracted by looking out the window, turned her head at the sound of the word 'wind.'
"Wind? There was wind in here?" She thought back to previous events back in The Burrow, but of course, brushed it off as she remembered what this was. It's just a dream, a horrible, horrible dream.
"Yeah, it started out of nowhere, and was quite scary as no windows were open." He took a seat, and so did she as she sat across from him. "It sort of became like a small tornado in here, though you were trapped in the middle, then. When it finally stopped, you, along with everything that was lifted into the air were soon dropped harshly to the ground."
Raya felt that must have been it, the first time the strange wind happened she had fainted. It must have happened again, and her hitting her head hard on the ground must have caused her to have this very realistic dream.
"I know you don't like any of them," Ron spoke again, "I got whoever was closest, though they weren't much help given their snarky comments." He crossed his arms and shook his head as he stared at the same spot their friends stood. Or were they even their friends in her dream?
Raya still hadn't said anything, nervously playing with her ty, which she had now loosened. Looking down to fix it, her eyebrows raised.
"I'm a Gryffindor?" She mumbled, which worried Ron. "Maybe once the feast is over you should visit Madam Pomphrey, you did hit your head pretty hard. Partly my fault, I couldn't catch you in time, sorry."
Raya smiled at him, "Oh Ron, don't be sorry, especially since it seems you're the only one who seems to care for me here. And yes, I'll try and see if I can visit her after the feast."
Raya though was hopeful enough that she'll be able to wake up before she reaches the school.
The moving train had now come to a halt, with the sound of students rushing to gather their things and to get off.
Both Ron and Raya were now out of the train, the many people surrounding them were now trampling over the two of them. She never remembered it being this hectic.
Following the crowd to reach the carriages, Raya had once again locked eyes with Harry, only she hadn't realized he was walking side by side with someone. That was until they stopped, and saw the girl he was with, Cho.
Her heart started to race again, as a clear view of her old best friend and the guy she's been in love with for the past seven years, had now kissed.
Ron noticing this took the girl's hand, making them continue their way the trail to the carriages. "I know you hate her, but staring at them won't change the fact that they're together." He said into her ear.
Even in her dreams, some things stay realistic.
Opening her mouth to speak again, she was soon taken aback by the harsh hit she had gotten.
