Falling Point

My eyes open and I was in the care of medical help in the beach. I was stunned at first but the pain on my head, makes me light headed. Dizzy I look at the person who was treating my head, she looks at me with warm urgent eyes and smiles at me

“are you okay?” she asks

I nod “What happened?”

“well a Speed boat ran you over and almost shredded you” she says. “Also the timer in your phone went off an hour ago”

My eyes widen as I stand on my feet, but almost fell on my back as I tried to steady myself. “I’m sorry I need to go”

Turning, I ignored her protest as I took my things and drove in my car. I was dizzy but I tried to just look at what’s in front of me and drive back home. When I got home, I remembered about that weird dream that Iriana was a mermaid, I laugh at the thought and just walk up the porch and in the sitting room. I called for anyone to be home but nobody seems to be as I went back to the kitchen and took some ice and put it on my head. I started making dinner and when the clock hits three, I drove to Albino’s school and see him waitng.

“Get in” I say when I rolled down the mirror. Albino gets in the front seat and buckled up. Whenever Albino is in my car I drive carefully that I only drive in 30. I really just don’t want to get an accident if Albino is in my car plus he easily gets motion sickness easily. I made few glances at him as he smiled so happily I think he could burst. “So…” I trailed

“what?” he asks with that smile still on his face that I couldn’t help but be intoxicated with his happiness too.

“you know what” I say “So why are you so happy?” He started to blush and he looks bashfully away. “Albino, remember don’t lie to Big sis” I say looking back at the road and when we pass by the school I pull over to the side acorss the school. I look fully at him “so what is it?”

He turn scarlet “Actually its not a what sis, it’s a who”

I smirk “Did you kiss a girl?”

His eyes widen “How did you know!?”

I rolled my eyes and pinch his left cheek “I’m Big sis so I know”

Someone knocks on my window and I see Iriana. I hesitated but I rolled down the window and find myself looking down at her legs. Her hair was wet and the droplets drip down to her feet.

“I had Gym” she says. “so Want to hang out with Celina and me?”

I shake my head and motion to Albino “No but you and Celina could go to dinner? I cooked some extra food”

Iriana smiles “Sure I’ll tell Celina”

I smile “Okay see you there”

I rolled up the window and drove home, setting two more plates and Albino helped me. He still looked happy as he carried the plates and silverware to the table. When clock hits 8 Celina and Iriana was sitting with my whole family but they carried pajamas and planned on sleeping in my room.

“No” I say flat out

“well its not for you to decided but ours” Celina says. She drops her bags on the sofa and kisses my mother’s cheek and greeted my dad. “Hey Albino! Hi five!”

Albino smirks and Hi Fives Celina.

Dinner was finished quickly and I told Albino to take a quick shower and go to sleep while my parents retreated to their room. I ask quickly to Celina if Iriana was out of school and she said she wasn’t. they were together all the time so there was no place in earth where she’ll be and not drag Celina in to the mix so my vision of seeing her with a tail and some fins was not true it couldn’t be true. I guess I hit my head harder than I thought.
