How it works: both competitors car secured tightly and are tickled the last person to quit is the winner and gets a no tickles pass for a month.
Rules
Competitors MUST be at least topless at all times
Ticklers can only tickle 3 spots (2 ticklish spots and 1 squealing spot)
If competitors beg then it counts as quitting and will lose
