Tinnitus | Kang Taehyun | One-shot ✔

* Tinnitus *

"Taehyun" Taehyun blinked his eyes rapidly before looking at his friend who called him out. He wiggled his brows with a mischievous expression over his face, upon seeing his face Taehyun's eyes narrowed.

"Who is the one that has your mind occupied?" He asked as Taehyun rolled his eyes, he slams his head against the desk causing his friend to flinch.

"Geez bro... you kay?" He asked as Taehyun just nodded with his head still against the desk.

"The heat is killing me," His muffled voice said. His friend just nodded and focused back on the class where the teacher was teaching, the difference is that no one was actually listening and was busy with their own shit. 

However, Taehyun just lied. The heat wasn't killing him, it was the voices inside him that were killing him.

Come on Taehyunnie... Fuck the class...

No... Control Taehyun...

Go out and look for your, next victim... 

I know you crave it...

You are craving blood Taehyunnie...

Fuck the class and look for someone to fulfill your cravenness...

Fuck no... I-I I have to take control over myself...

I have already killed 3 people yesterday...

However, no matter how hard Taehyun tried to take control over himself, he found himself failing continuously so in the end he ended up murdering 3 people yesterday. So today he wanted to take a break from killing but his whole body was going crazy, his hands wanted to feel the warm sensation of blood on them, and his eyes wanted to see the gruesome scene of blood and ripped flesh of his victim, his ears wanted to hear all those screams, cries and pleadings of his victims, his lips wanted to taste the blood that often splashes on his face.

Taehyun internally groans and sighed. He stands up before excusing himself to the bathroom. Yet instead of going to the bathroom he rather makes his way towards the exit of the school and looks for a victim which was alone.

He did find a girl who was walking through a dark and lonely alley, a dark smirk overcame his lips as he slowly pulls out the knife he had hidden in his pant.

Rip her apart Taehyunnie...

"NO PLEASE NO! PLEASE SPARE ME!" The girl screams, she runs as fast as she can but unfortunately trips and falls. Taehyun grins widely at the sight, the girl's dress was already shredded when Taehyun unexpectedly attacked out of nowhere. 

However, she managed to escape despite many struggles but Taehyun managed to injure her so that she cannot exit the alley.

"WHAT HAVE I EVER DONE TO YOU?! I DON'T EVEN KNOW YOU! PLEASE SPARE ME!" She screamed but what was the point in screaming if Taehyun wasn't letting her go? He tsked at the sight.

His eyes held no remorse for what he was doing as he stares at the girl with the most merciless eyes ever, she shudders at his stare, her face drenched with tears, mud, and blood. He crouches down and caresses her cheek.

"You're so pretty, it's a pity you have to die" He whispers as she shakes her head, tears continuously ran down her cheeks as he suddenly stabbed her in her stomach, she screams so to muffle her screams, Taehyun places his hand on her mouth and shushes her.

"Be quiet my love, we don't wanna tell anyone do we?" He whispers in his sickly sweet voice. She stares at him with wide eyes until she died. 

He removes his hand from her mouth after waiting for her to go limp, he smiles softly and lays her down, and stands up after wiping his knife with her dress.

As soon as he stood up he hides the knife inside his pants once again and turns around to run back to school, entering the bathroom, he washes his face before viewing himself in the mirror, smiling at his handsome sight he goes back to class.

"Taehyun?" Taehyun turns to look at his bestie who was having a sleepover at his house. Taehyun replied in a hum as he smiles awkwardly. Taehyun looks at him with confusion unable to understand why was he acting so strange and awkward, the whole day he avoided Taehyun's hugs and touches.

"What's up, bro? You have been acting strange all day today" Taehyun said as his friend laughed awkwardly and shook his head.

"No, it's just... I am not feeling well today that's all" He said as Taehyun narrowed his eyes but dismissed.

"Anyways... h-how about we play a game?" He asked scared as Taehyun furrowed his brows.

"Sure why not, that's not something to stutter about" Taehyun jokes as his friend fake laughs once again, Taehyun looks at his friend with suspicion but does not question his behavior again.

"Let's play truth and dare..." He suggested as Taehyun smiled and nodded. His friend gulps.

"You go first," His friend says as Taehyun shrugs.

"Truth or dare?" He asks as his friend answers nervously.

"Dare" 

"Go and eat toothpaste" Upon hearing that his friend makes a disgusted face which causes Taehyun to laugh loudly. However, as the dare was given, his friend quietly makes his way toward the bathroom and eats the toothpaste in front of Taehyun so that he later does not accuse of him not eating the toothpaste. 

Satisfied, Taehyun instantly picked the truth when his friend asked him the truth or dare.

"Have you ever killed someone Taehyun?" Upon hearing that question, Taehyun's smile slowly started to fade. His friend gulped and looks at him.

Kill him...

Taehyun instantly takes his knife out and jumps towards his friend, his friend screams and struggles again to push him away.

"COME IN!! COME IN!" His friend started to scream but before Taehyun could properly comprehend what was happening. The main door of the apartment flew open and officers rushed inside. Taehyun was instantly taken off his friend and slammed against the floor.

"YOU'RE UNDER ARREST FOR COMMITTING UNCOUNTABLE MURDERS!!" The officer yelled and instantly handcuffed him. Taehyun struggles against them and bares his teethes at his friend who was crying, the officers tried to calm him down.

It was later known that when Taehyun left the classroom for the bathroom, his friend guessed that he might be dumping class so he excused himself as well and left the class in search of Taehyun, his friend indeed went to the bathroom but seeing him not there, he knew Taehyun left the school so as soon as he exited, he heard a muffled scream, following the screams he came across the alley where Taehyun was stabbing a girl. 

Horrified from the scene he slapped his hand on his mouth and went back to class, when school was over he informed the police and made a plan with to capture Taehyun. And this is how they came to this state.

"FUCK YOU!!" Taehyun screams at his friend as he was later on taken away.

Who would have known that Tinnitus would be his death of him one day? Just like they were the death of other people.
