Chapter 2:Friends

I wake up. It's 3 am. Wait, did I do the dishes yesterday? I did. I walk to the kitchen and make myself a sandwich. I should watch that Madoka anime-wait,I was making a sandwich right? Right. I finish the sandwich and eat it. Raven probably thinks I'm fat, oh my gosh-

Its-schooltime! That happened again.. Huh..
Well,I should see Raven now. But.. She's a dark MERMAID!! Well-nobody knows. I won't be seen as evil-right? Wait, are my wings pink?

"Nia.. Your wings are white now.. Are you okay dear?"

DEAR?! RAVEN WAS BEING STUPID!!

"Hey there! Class will be starting soon, I see you have history too! Can we be friends? I'm Lunika!"

That girl talks alot, but she seems nice.
"Sure, I'm Niabel."
I SOUND SO BORING!! AGHH!!
"Cool! Come on now, let's go!" Said Lunika, cheerfully walking to class. She's cool. I wish I was her... Lavender hair, beautiful wings, cheerful.. She's probably  a popular girl.

I walk to class, looking around at my baige and blue classroom. Raven isn't there. She'd know alot about dark mermaid history. Wait, where is she? Is she sick? She must've been sick because of the pink wings. I'm just a terrible person, AGHH!!

Class ends. I zoned out. The entire period.

"Hiiiii Niabel!" She exclaimed. Lunika is soo pretty.. Aaaaa.. Pretty girl... Pretty.... Sooo pretty.... Dreamy... Aaaaaaa....

"Are you okay Nia? Your face is kinda red! Oooo do you have a crushhhh? ~"

On her. I do. Lunika is my dream. She's perfect. I'll never be her. She's probably straight, too.

"Hellooo? Daydreaming about your cruuush? ~" Lunika spoke. "Y-ye-N-N..No!"

Crap. She'll laugh at me if i tell her. But who could I.. Right! That nerd in history class! His name was...

"The nerd? I understand, he's quite smart and quite eye-catching."

"Your welcome!" She responded. I felt butterflies in my stomach when we embraced eachother. I admire her too much-aaaagh-

The bell rang. Its lunchtime, I'm having sushi.
Raven isn't here. So,I'll talk to the most magnificent angel in school: Lunika.

"Hey Luni. Wanna sit with.. Uh.. Me?.." I SOUND SO WEAK!! "Of course!"  She replied. She said yes! I'm sitting with a cute girl!!

"Hey uh-Lunika,how's your.. Day been?.."

"Nice! You seem awkward, thinking about George? ~" "Shut upp..." I muttered. SHE'S FLAWLESS!! Lunika, kiss me!!

Wait, about the pink wings.. And Raven.. She must have them too because I gave her the queen from 400 year's ago disease..." R-Raven.." I whispered."Oh, her? How about we visit her on the weekend?" She offered." Alright!" I said, cheerfully. She's bright, I must say. Mm.

Weekend? Already? Wait, I zoned out for 4 DAYS?? My gosh!! I need to go to her house-CHEESEWAX! Ew, gross. But,what's her address?? AAAAGH!

Huh-oh! A paper! "Meet me at Ravens house: 3 pm **** ***** st"YES! SHE GAVE ME A PAPER! It's.....3 pm! Let's goo!!

Alright. I'm at her house. I knock on the door..

"I TOLD YOU, I DON'T WANNA CONVERT TO CHRISTIANIT-oh,it's you, Nia." what the heck?? Okay besides that Raven is looking gorgeous today! "Hi. May I enter?" "sure."

Raven's house is messy. Oh well, I don't care.
"Hey Lunika!" I yelled. "Hii, Nia! I'm so glad you came!" Lunika squeaked. She's dazzling..." How about we... Uh.. Play a game?" I recommended. "Sure, I have a PlayStation.." Cool! "Alright! I AM kinda bad at games though.." Lunika admitted. Such a sight for sore eyes.. Brighter than a blue sky.. Wait, why am I singing Heather?

Ah, that was fun!! I loved playing games! "I'll take a bath, be right back." Informed Raven. She... BATH?! I NEED TO SEE!!

*few minutes later*

I need to see Raven. I can't stop thinking about it. I NEED TO!!!

I sprint to Ravens bathroom to find..

Her in her mermaid form.

"G-GAH!! GET OUT!!!! AAAGGH-"

"Shh. Raven. This secret is safe with us. "
I addressed.

"I CAN'T! Raven-what if they find out I'm friends with someone who I KNOW is a dark mermaid?... " I asked.

"HEY! WHAT'S GOING ON?! " Lunika screamed. CRAP." Raven.. Get out the bath.. "

She tried but Lunika was about to burst into the locked bathroom.

".. I'll keep this secret safe, but I have my eye on you, Raven. If you dare to try to hurt Nia, you'll regret it. ". Lunika warned her. Wait, she-Is standing up for me? But Raven.. I trust her. She's nice, right?
