Millie Pov
I have a brother, a twin brother to be precise his name is y/n and he is a Major in the army. He joined the army when he was 18 after he completed his degree. Now you may be thinking you don't leave University till your 21 but Y/n has a photogenic memory so he is a few years ahead of people his own age. Now the whole family wanted him to go into something that he did his degree in which was sports physiotherapy he could have became a strength and conditioning coach or something with in the sports career. 

We are all proud of him especially since how far he has came. I haven't seen him for about 2 years now and I miss him consider he is my twin we have this twin connection. He's nearly 30 and well our mother wants grandkids from us and well she won't be getting them from me for a while and Y/n needs a partner he has slight commitment issues which isn't great. 

Like most siblings there is things that we don't agree on such as him being in the Army but the main thing we disagree on is football. I obviously play for Chelsea so I therefor I support them Y/n however is a die hard Gooner so when both teams play it is a rocky day for us. Even when he is oversees he somehow manages to still communicate and rub it in my face when Arsenal wins. 

Anyway enough about mine and Y/n lives, lets get to the real story.

Y/n Pov 

So time to hear from me, I haven't seen or spent time with my family for a long time and some of my family I haven't seen for a few years, I have a rocky relationship with my mother she didn't want me to join the army so whenever I came home she would make a quick dash and leave the house before I could see her. We didn't hate each other she just can't look at me in the eye due to the fact I signed up but I could have left at 16 but I didn't I joined at 18. 

She doesn't even know what I do in the army, yes I am a Major in the army but I don't go out into the battle field and kill people etc etc. I'm a physiotherapist for the Army, I help the lads get up and go back out. It is very rare for me to get sent out the only time I am is when I'm in need to help for medical support. 

I'm currently back in the UK at Sandhurst. You may be wondering why I am here and that's because I am requesting that I stay here in the UK and train new cadets who want to learn the field. I have spent the past few years on deployment. "Major Bright, General Sanders would like to see you now" the officer said as he saluted me, I stood up and straightened my uniform. I walked into his office and saluted "At ease Major take a seat, I see you have made a request" he said "Yes sir, I would like to ask not to be deployed oversees and if I could stay here at Sandhurst and train the new recruits" I asked "Is there a reason you are making this request Major" he asked "Yes, when I signed up for the Army I basically signed away my rights to see my family as much and my sole focus was to the British Army, for Queen and Country. Sir I have served in the Army for 11 years now and I have seen some sights i have travelled to places I never thought I would travel too and met some amazing people on the way" I said as I looked at him "Well it seems not only you that has made a request to stay in the UK" he said and I looked at him confused "I don't understand sir" I said "You have been requested by Her Majesty The Queen to be a aid to the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge" he said with a shocked look on my face "don't they have a aid sir" I asked "he is retiring and Her Majesty has been quite fond of you and has kept her eye on you for a few years, now I'm not being rude but I have another meeting to get to and you should get going to Kensington and meet their Royal Highnesses" he said as I stood up and shook his hand 

I grabbed my things and got into the car that was waiting outside and drove to Kensington after a short drive I entered the palace and went to their apartments. I waited outside until I was called in "Your Royal Highness, Major Y/n Bright" I walked in I bowed my head and shook their hands "My grandmother is very fond of you, which is why you are here" Prince William said "It is a privilege to be here sir" I said as I sat on the chair "Tell us a bit about yourself" Catherine said "I am 29, I joined the army as a physiotherapist when I was 18, I have a photogenic memory, my sister plays for the Lionesses" I said "Wow a photographic memory thats amazing, maybe you could help the children with their homework" Prince William said "I'd do anything" I said "So it's a bit quick and your probably not prepared but our first thing to do today is to go and meet the Lionesses at St Georges, I'll have a suit brought up for you and you will be briefed on protocols etc on the way" he said 

*Time skip*

We had arrived at St Georges, I had gotten the brief for our visit today. We were greeted by Sarina, she took us out to the pitch where all the girls were. "Sir this is our Captain Leah Williamson" she said as this beautiful blonde walked over and him. I was searching for Millie in the crowd who hadn't noticed me yet. 

We then made eye contact she had a smile on her face but it soon turned to a pissed off look. We had been introduced to the whole team and chatted about the Euros tournament. Our time here soon ended "Sir would you mind if I stayed a little while, just got to talk to my sister" I said "Yeah of course I understand you haven't seen her in a while so go ahead take the rest of the day off and have tomorrow off the girls have the day off spend some time with her, I'll see you later" he said.  

I turned around and took a deep breath and walked over to her which she was stood with Leah, Rachel and some of the other girls  "Hi Mill" I said as she turned around, Next minute her fist collided with my nose and I stumbled back into Leah a little "HI THAT'S ALL YOU HAVE TO SAY, YOU HAVE BEEN GONE FOR YEARS I'VE HARDLY SEEN YOU, I BARELY KNOW YOU AND ALL YOU HAVE TO SAY IS HI MILL" she shouted "Jesus christ Millie you didn't have to punch me for christ sake" I said "I had every right to, your my twin brother and you hardly talk to me about anything, you left at 18 to join the fucking army and 11 years later your here with Prince William" she said as she walked away some of the girls followed her.

Leah had passed me some tissue to stop the bleeding "She's angry at me, isn't she" I said as I looked at her "She isn't angry, she's just pissed" Leah said with a laugh "Why is she annoyed with you anyway" she asked "When I joined my whole family were against it, I haven't really spoke to my mum for years she leaves the room when I enter because I basically sent myself to war in her words and Millie thinks the same but I joined the Army as a Physiotherapist I fix the guys up and send them back out, when I get deployed I just work with the medics that's it" I said "And she never knew" she asked "nope we talked about anything but that, we mainly talked about football" I said "What team do you support" She asked "A die hard Gooner, what team do you play for" I asked and she smiled at me "Your favourite team" she said and I smiled "Wow, I knew there was a women's team, I have watched a game but we have limited stuff when were oversees so it was only the mens team we could watch" I said "Well you will have to come and watch" she said "I would nothing more than to watch a beautiful girl play football" I said as she blushed. 

"Can I talk to you Y/n" Millie asked "Yeah as long as your not going to smack me" I said "I will give you some space" Leah said as she walked away "How come your back" she asked "well I came back to ask if i could stay in the UK I didn't want to be deployed I missed home" I said "Sorry for hitting you" she said "Its ok" I said and hugged her 

10 years later (No one's Pov)

Y/n went to that game. He went to watch Leah. After the match they exchanged numbers. Went on a few dates. They became something serious and with his commitment issues it came to a surprise to everyone and eventually got married they currently have a 3 year old daughter they live in London, Leah is still Captain for England but also for Arsenal too. Y/n is still an aid to Prince William and his family. He was awarded a OBE for his services in the military he retired 4 years after he started dating Leah.

He rekindled his relationship with his mother. He was a lot closer to Millie and he soon became close friends with Leah's team mates and even met some Arsenal legends, Ian Wright being one of them.

He was happy, everyone was happy and Y/n was no longer in the army
