No One's POV:
Eunji and Jimin were lying on Eunji's bed, discussing how things might have been different if they had confessed their feelings earlier.
"Why didn't you confess before? It's your last year in school, and we don't have much time left," Eunji said side-eying him, her fingers pinching Jimin's cheek.
Jimin sighed, his fingers idly playing with a strand of her hair. "I was really scared of Taehyung. He's so protective of you, and he warned me a million times not to even think about dating you. So, you see, I was hesitant to confess," he admitted, hugging Eunji closer to him.
Eunji looked up at him, her eyes filled with curiosity. "Then why did you confess now?" she asked, her expression a mix of confusion and intrigue.
Jimin smiled softly, brushing a strand of hair away from her face. "Remember when that Bang Chan guy came over, and you blushed when you fell into his arms?" He paused, locking his with Eunji's.
"I felt something light up inside me. I realized that you won't wait forever, that you might move on and like someone else. I can't stand the thought of you dating someone else, and I wanted to push that Bang Chan guy off the stairs," Jimin admitted with a touch of jealousy, earning a surprised gasp from Eunji.
"That's so mean! Don't you dare say anything to Chan! He's too sweet and cute," Eunji scolded Jimin, her expression stern. Jimin pouted, but Eunji just laughed and gave him another peck.
"Girl, are you a pervert or do you just love my lips so much that you keep kissing me?" Jimin teased, raising an eyebrow.
Eunji chuckled and planted another quick kiss on his lips. "Yes, how did you know? I've always wanted to kiss you. Your lips look so plump and have a really pretty shape. It's not my fault they're so tempting," she replied with a playful shrug.
Jimin's eyes sparkled with amusement. "Then I guess I'll have to kiss you again—"
Their playful moment was abruptly interrupted by the sound of the front door closing. Eunji and Jimin both froze, their eyes meeting in panic. If Taehyung found out that Jimin was in Eunji's room, it could lead to Taehyung punching Jimin, probably breaking his beautiful nose.
"Shit, I'm sorry, Mimi," Eunji whispered urgently, pushing Jimin toward her closet without giving him a chance to react. Jimin stumbled into the closet, and Eunji hastily grabbed his phone from the bed before crossing her arms behind her back in a casual attempt at nonchalance.
The door opened just as Jimin smacked his head against the closet, creating a loud noise that startled Eunji. Taehyung's suspicious gaze fell on her, and she tried to appear nonchalant while whistling and gazing up at the ceiling.
Taehyung raised an eyebrow. "Have you seen Jim—why are you acting so suspiciously?" he asked, his suspicion growing as he observed Eunji's behavior. Jimin winced inside the closet, realizing that Eunji was doing a very bad job at lying.
The sound of Jimin's head hitting the closet seemed to give Eunji's game away. She widened her eyes at the noise and looked at Taehyung, who was now heading toward the closet to investigate further.
"I think a hanger fell off the pole, hahaha," Eunji nervously chuckled, trying to downplay the situation.
Taehyung wasn't convinced. "You sure that was a hanger? It sounded more like someone banged their head against it," he pointed out.
"What? How did you hear the sound of a head, do you think someone is stupid enough to hide, ahem, I mean to be in the almirah?" Eunji said and pushed Taehyung out of her room and locked it in case he decided to come back.
A look of relief washing over her. Jimin, on the other hand, sighed in relief when he finally emerged from the closet after Eunji unlocked the door.
"Dude, I am so sorry, but now you've got to get out of here," Eunji whispered to Jimin, pushing him gently toward the exit, but not before giving him a peck on the lips.

Eunji strolled into school with an unmistakable spring in her step, her heart still doing somersaults from the incredible events of the previous day. Her cheeks were adorned with a perpetual grin, and her aura seemed to echo the rhythm of her elation. Jungkook saw Eunji enter the school galloping like a dying horse, ok maybe not. She looked hella cute but ofc Jungkook was never gonna admit it.
Jungkook stood there, waving at Eunji like a diligent flag bearer, but to his disbelief, she was completely lost in her own world. She pranced past him, sporting a grin that could outshine the sun, seemingly oblivious to his existence. Jungkook's jaw hung open in surprise – had he just been cast aside like a forgotten prop?
He was not one to be ignored so casually, especially by Eunji. With a couple of swift and small strides, he clutched the back of her hoodie. It was meant to be a playful and attention-grabbing gesture, but it caught Eunji off guard. In response, she emitted a choked, gasping sound, like a sputtering engine.
Panicking, Jungkook promptly released his grip and rushed to ensure Eunji was alright. She retaliated with a cheeky tongue-out gesture, a classic Eunji move, before dashing off in a playful escape. Jungkook chuckled at the sight, shaking his head, and decided to follow her. He couldn't help but wonder what had brought about this sudden surge of happiness in her demeanor. Was it perhaps related to Jimin's confession?

The school day had finally come to a close, and Eunji found herself sitting alone in the cafeteria. Her usual lunch companions, Chan and Jungkook, were currently facing the wrath of their professor for their mischievous shoe-throwing antics during class. When she'd asked them about the reason behind their juvenile behavior, their simple response had been, "Just for fun." Her only response? An exasperated sigh and a muttered, "Men," as she sipped her coffee.
As she sat there, lost in thought, a folded note suddenly landed in front of her. Glancing up, she spotted Jimin and Taehyung walking away, and her face lit up with a smile. Curiosity piqued, she eagerly opened the note.
Me and you on a date?
If yes, then meet me in front
of your house at 11:00 am
On Saturday
Jimin *wink*Eunji couldn't help but chuckle at the inclusion of the cheeky "wink" at the end. She grabbed a nearby pen and quickly jotted down her response on the back of the note.
Yes for the date,
Excited to see where
you're taking me for the
first date. Eunji *wink*
With her reply firmly in place, Eunji got up from her seat and made her way over to Jimin's table. She greeted him and his friends with a brief "Hello, guys," before abruptly announcing, "Okay, bye!" With that, she dashed off, leaving them bewildered and intrigued.
Jimin watched her go with an amused smile, already holding the note she'd sent back to him. He couldn't help but appreciate her playful spirit and the cute way she'd responded. His heart raced with excitement at the prospect of their upcoming date.
