"Void of Color: Entries" [Color-Void]

As of 2023, the creator of Color-Void has changed the appearance of the character. Instead of the original dress, Color-Void wears dark purple coveralls with the arm sleeves rolled upwards, revealing the colorful patterns on their arms, and the pants are cut off just beneath the knee revealing the patterns on their legs. In a state of "Void" this fit will appear grayscale, just as the dress would have and will display the same "black-hole" phenomena in the abdomen area. Color-Void also appears to have crooked, pointy, rotten and yellowed teeth.

Entry 1: "The "States" of "Color-Void""
How "Color-Void" Works : Color-Void consists of two functioning states; The "Colorful" state and the "Void" state. In the "Colorful" state, this entity appears in its most known form; it appears in the guise of a very frail, massive figure measuring around 200.66 centimeters (6ft. 7in. according to the imperial system) in height with unnaturally bright red hair and deathly pale skin. The "outfit" it wears consists of dark purple coveralls with the arm sleeves rolled upwards, revealing the colorful patterns on its arms, and the pants are cut off just beneath the knee revealing the patterns on its legs. The colorful sleeves and stockings it boasts are potentially not an article of clothing but a functioning attachment of this entity's body. The face remains humanoid in appearance, except for the odd shape of the eye which appears more as a blot, and the inner pupil remains a shiny bright blue color. In "Void" state ; this entity's appearance takes a drastic turn for the opposite and appears as a completely discolored, almost dead figure. In contrast to the vibrant colorful form, "Void" is in a weaker and frail state in which the body begins to slowly start breaking down on itself and waste away. The abdomen appears to have "collapsed" on itself in a 'black-hole like' phenomena. The skin also appears to rot in black patches, and the "blot" that acts as an eye starts to "melt" and spread across the face. The entity will slowly start to loose color until it looks completely and unnaturally 'devoid' of color (almost grayscale). Being that this is an entity that is rather difficult to track and study the behavior of outside of being confronted in aggression, it has been concluded that they do not interact with any living being unless it is to attain sustenance for its survival. Color-Void's two states are maintained or triggered on account of how much sustenance is attained. This entity thrives off of the souls of living people. When souls are collected, Color-Void's "Colorful" state can be maintained, which appears to be the healthy and well-functional state. In it's "Void" state, the entity appears to have a weaker stability and the completely discolored appearance they display occurs from the lack of souls or having not obtained an essential amount needed for survival. If the entity goes for a certain amount of time without sustenance, the colors on its body will start to fade and it's facial, abdominal, and mental conditions will start to deteriorate rapidly. This clarifies that the entity is mortal and will face some sort of consequence if it does not suffice its needs.

Entry 2: "The Coil"
The strange spring seen wrapped around this Color-Void's arm is an anomalous tool that is used solely for the purpose of leeching human souls. Almost all recorded encounters with The Color-Void describe the entity apprehending its victims from a blind-spot and hooking the sharp edge of the coil to a weak point on the body. The needle-like point penetrates the skin and immediately the leeching process begins, practically sucking the life out of the victim. The victim's literal complexion also fades away in this process, leaving them a colorless, grey husk. This coil transfers the human soul directly into the entity's body, providing it the sustenance it needs to survive. The colorful "sleeves" and "stockings" which are in actuality a part of its body maintain or regain their vibrant colorful appearance, depending on the entity's state. While in the process of absorbing and processing a soul, the coil emits a dull crimson glow. This phenomena is assumed to be triggered by the presence of souls within the coil. While the bizarre tool is not fully understood, it is known for the most part that it is a dangerous, supernatural device of sorts and it cannot be removed or separated from the Color-Void's body.

Entry 3: "Void State"
The "Void State".
It's not a very pleasant thing to look at, if you're ever unfortunate enough to face it.
Color-Void is weakened in this state and moves incredibly slow, with a zombie-like demeanor. Despite this, the entity still wields its coil and will be more aggressive in trying to attain sustenance, as it is in a very desperate and unstable state. It is on the verge of collapsing upon itself, thanks to the "black hole" like phenomena that has formed within its abdomen. The black-hole situation only occurs upon extreme levels of
deprivation, and this phenomena is what begins to completely eat away and "kill" this entity.
This state receives the most reception and deep study as it is presumed to be a way to gain advantage over and neutralize the entity, preventing it from pursuing more victims. However, considering "Void" becomes more aggressive in this state, it's been proven rather hard to actually apprehend it without falling victim to it's frenzy.
It's unknown what type of entity this being is; although most would refer to it as some sort of demonic creature. It is also not known wether the appearance that Color-Void displays is true, if the image of a female is really what lies beneath. There is not a determined "gender" for this entity, it only appears as a female appearance-wise but there is no determination of a set-gender; the subject is referred to as an "it" when being researched.

Entry 4: "Speech"
The entity does not speak normally.
The only phrase ever recorded to have been heard from Color-Void is rather morbidly fitting, considering what this entity does.

"Help me... help me fill this colorless void."

It is somewhat of a sarcastic remark; the deed of stealing a person's soul being disguised as an act of 'helping' Color-Void maintain its "Colorful State". Obviously, the 'colorless void' refers to the weakened and decayed "Void State". Collecting a soul will replenish Color-Void's colors and keep it healthy and functional. However, with this information that has been received, it is safe to say that it is possible to survive an attack from Color-Void.

Entry 5: "Behavior"
This entity does not appear to make contact with any being unless it is to attain needed sustenance by sapping the life out of a victim. It is a silent creature for the most part, although there has been recorded speech from it. In its "Colorful State" the entity is less violent in approach but can move with haste and apprehend a victim with its full strength. In its "Void State" the entity will be much more desperate, as it is on the verge of demise and will show a violent act of aggression to take a victim's essence. It will be much slower and weaker than it would be in its healthy state, but it is still dangerous and must not be treated with any less urgency than would be dealt with in its Colorful state.
It is unknown where Color-Void retreats to once it has received it's full of its victims. There are countless speculations from assuming the entity walks the Earth as an invisible force till it is ready to make itself seen, or that it may dwell within another realm that is imperceivable to the human eye.

Whatever this creature may be, there is plenty of information to confirm that it's intentions are of no good. People are dying and loosing their very soul to an unexplainable force that thrives off the feeding of its victims. If this entity appears in your home, the best recommended tactic is for you to either run or hide. Do not try to confront the entity, do not attempt to speak to it. It will not converse with you, it will not spare you, and by no means will it befriend you. Though blood-curdling to look at, you will have a higher chance of survival when it is in its "Void State." Avoid looking at the entity and prioritize escaping with your life. Do not let the coil touch you. If you are faced with Color-Void in its "Colorful State", hide if you have not already been targeted. If you have been spotted, run away as fast as you can and as far as possible. "Color" is at a higher advantage in this state and the chances of survival may be lower. Again, do not display any form of submission or try to be civil with it. It will not hear you. It will not listen. It will not understand.

The only thing Color-Void understands is that you are it's prey, and that you will help it fill its growing void.
