Bethany sat quietly in the kitchen, confused on how she should feel. She's the only child in this house as her brothers are 'away', Michael being in juvie and Jr. being in that coma. She kicked her feet, sighing. Most of the time, the house would be loud: Michael would be scaring Mike, which lead Mike to be loudly sobbing, and William would be yelling at Michael for scaring Mike as she sang happily. But now, it's quiet. Henry came out of William's room and ran out the door. She saw it as normal since Henry comes around for comfort from her father. She doesn't get comfort, though. Her family crashed right before her eyes. She was there at Charlie's death. She was there at Mike's birthday. She was there at court. She was never comforted. She laid her head down and silently cried. "Maybe I could try to strike up a conversation with Papa.." She got up and looked through her bag in hopes of finding ideas to start a conversation with her father until she pulled out a drawing. It was a drawing of a cat. It was a very lazy drawing, but a quite good one for only a 7 year old. It had a gold star on it and it reminded her of where she got it from.

"What are you drawing, Beth?" Her teacher bended forward to look at her drawing. The teacher was in amazement as she saw her cat drawing. She truly drew better than the others and that's what made the teacher surprised. "Wow, Miss Afton! You draw beautifully! Who taught you?" The teacher smiled brightly at the sad child. She looked up at her teacher with tired and sad eyes. The teacher was shocked and immediately hugged her. Bethany cried into her shoulder, hugging her teacher and squeezing the life out of her. "What happened, Beth?!" The teacher panicked. Bethany pulled from the hug, rubbing her eyes. "Did you see what happened on the newspaper?" She asked sadly. The teacher nodded. "Listen, I know it's scary about the death of a child, but there's no need to be scared about it, Bethany. You didn't know that child---" "That child was my older brother, Michael Jr. Maverick Afton. He's in a coma but he has a chance of living. He taught me how to draw." The teacher was even more shocked. The teacher sent Beth to the councilor's office to calm down as she finally calms down after a couple of hours. She goes back to her class and looks at her drawing. She sees her drawing again, but it's hung up on the "Art of the Day!" wall with a gold star. She looks at the art credit and sees her name in pink.. "Bethany "Beth" Grace Afton". She smiled happily as she was acknowledged for her art. People congratulated her for her art as she smiled happily. She got her picture at the end of the day, she was excited to show her father. She forgot to, though.

She was scared of how her father would react but she still tried. She walked to her father's office, where he usually is nowadays due to the lost of his son. She sighs and opens the door. Surprisingly, he wasn't crying to music, instead, he was working on blueprints for future animatronics. "Dad?" Liam turned his head to look at his daughter. "Not now, Bethany. I'm busy." He continues working on blueprints. She didn't give up, though. "Dad, please, it's about school." "I took you out of school because teacher called me about Mike." "It's not about that, it's something else! Please look!" Bethany started to whine. "Beth, shut up for a second, I need to get these correct or else they'll look wonk-" "Dad, please!" She shouts and slips, accidentally pushing the desk and ruining his blueprints. He slammed his marker down. "What did I say, Bethany Grace Afton?! Don't disturb me!" He slapped her harshly. She fell to the ground, tears filling her eyes. William immediately realized what he did and crouched down, grabbing his daughter and holding her tightly. "Shit shit shit, I'm so sorry Beth! I didn't mean to, I promise! I'm just very stress since Mike's dead, and-" "Michael's dead!?" Bethany's eyes widen as tears fell from her face. William's panicked face turns into a full frown. He sadly nods before holding his daughter into a hug. She started to cry more. William held onto his daughter. "Listen, Beth. He's been dead since October 23. I was scared to tell you, you don't deserve to have to go through this." Bethany didn't know how to respond. Her brother is dead for the longest of time, her other brother is behind bars, what's next? Her father was gonna be a insane murderer? Her mom is gonna die? She hugged her father for comfort: for her and him. "Dad, please don't leave me. Even if there's more of a chance of death for me than living." William rubbed her head and kissed her forehead. "I promise as long as you don't put yourself in that situation." He smiled sadly, holding his daughter into his hands. They stay like that for some time before his wife, Stephanie Marie Afton, walked in. She had a look on her face that wasn't a good look at all. "William Miller Afton. I need to talk to you." William looked up at his wife. "Of course, dear." He looks at his daughter, who had fell asleep. "May I put Beth in her bed before you speak to me?" "Now." Stephanie was clearly angered. Liam gulped before standing up. "Yes, sweetheart. What did you need to speak about?" William held Bethany in his hands. "What is this?" She revealed a vial of purple liquid. It had "Charlotte Louis Emily" on it. His eyes widen. He knew she knew. She knows what he did. He places Beth on his chair. "Let's speak in the kitchen." William said before walking to the kitchen, Stephanie following. "You already know what I did, don't you." William avoided eye contact. "You didn't answer my question." "It's remnant." "Why do you have remnant." "You don't get it." "Then tell me what it's for." William glared up at her. "If you drink it, you won't ever die. It's immortality!" Liam said with an insane smile. Stephanie's eyes widened. "You killed a child for immortality!?" She shouted loudly. "I didn't know she would give immortality, but if I-" "So you killed her for what reason!?" "BECAUSE I WAS ANNOYED! I WAS GETTING MIKE IN HIS HOODIE WHILE HE SCREAMED AND CRIED, ELIZABETH WAS PISSING ME OFF, AND MICHAEL WAS ALONE WITH HIS FRIENDS SMOKING WEED! WOULD YOU ALSO WANT TO SNAP THE NECK OF A BLOODY BRAT WHO WONT SHUT UP!?" William shouted back. It continued to go on back and fourth.

March 20th, 1984 14:36 PM.
"I want that divorce, god dammit!" Stephanie said. William's eyes widen. She was one of the last thing he had. He didn't want to lose her. "No no please. Please don't leave. I'm sorry just don't, please I'm begging you, Stephanie! You're the love of my life and I don't know how I can control myself!" "I'm taking Bethany too. You can keep Michael, he's not even my son." Bethany too? No. He can't let that happen. He got on his knees and begged, as if he was praying to a God. She lit a cigarette, watching him plead. "Please, my love. Don't take Bethany." William started to tear up. Oh God, his wife and his daughter? "Be a man! You shouldn't cry over such a small thing!" "SHUT UP." He couldn't handle such words. Be a man? He was going to lose his daughter. His face molted into a disgusting purple gooey substance as it molted into a smile. Stephanie stepped back, leaning against the counter, shocked at what she saw. Truly a beast. He stood up, revealing his face to her, staring at her with nothing in his eyes. He turned around to grab something. "My love.." He turned to look at her, holding an axe. Stephanie's eyes widened even more. "You're not going ANYWHERE." He started walking to her. "Don't run, it'll be more painful." She couldn't run, though. She was so in shock her body froze. He caressed his wife's shaking face. He could see her heavily breathing. "I love you." He swung the axe and hit her side, hearing her piercing screams of pain and fear. She couldn't read his emotions at all. Although, even though he continued to attack her with an axe, deep down he was breaking himself without realizing it. She screamed. More. And more. And more. Then it stopped. He then stepped back, his face slowly molding back into his normal face as he realizes what he has done. His insane smile turned into a face of regret. He dropped the axe and kneeled down to look at his destroyed wife. He holds her head and lays her onto of him, holding her as he cried. "What have I done.." He sobbed into her shoulder, which was broken. Everything was broken. Her face was just like his whenever it molded, except, it couldn't be fixed. She was bloody, it was not the best sight to see. His clothing got soaked in his wife's blood. He couldn't let anyone see her. He carried her to the basement and locked her into a chest. He realized. Bethany. He ran to her immediately, still covered in blood.

March 20th 1984, 15:08 PM

Beth walks out of the office, going downstairs and seeing all the blood in the kitchen. She seems confused on how it got here before she saw her father run out of the basement, covered in blood. Bethany's eyes widen as he grabbed her shoulders. Tears flowing down his face, he stuttered out, "I-I'm so sorry, Bethany. You don't d-deserve this. You're an amazing kid and-" He bursts out crying, sobbing into his daughter's shoulders. "I'm just so sorry.." "Dad, it's okay. I forgive you, you didn't do anything wrong.." Beth tried her best to comfort her crying father as he held onto her tightly. The door suddenly opened as Bethany turned to look at them. "Michael?" Liam's eyes shot up. He thought it was his son. His baby. But no. It was his oldest. Michael Terrance Afton. And yet, he's still his son. Liam immediately hugged Michael. Michael was in shock on how much blood was in the kitchen, on his father, and on his sister. "Why is there so much blood!? What the fuck happened?! It was only for six months and there's so much blood!" Michael panicked. "...Something happened." Liam said, resting his head on his son's shoulder. All three of them hugged each other.

"Let's get cleaned up."
