Outside the prison, Megumi was waiting for Yuji when he felt the Innate Domain closing off and he stiffened as he felt someone behind him.

"Sorry, but he's not coming back. Don't be so frightened. I'm in a great mood right now. Let's chat for a bit, while we wait for that L/N guy." Sukuna said and Megumi silently gasped. 'He's waiting for Y/N?' "This is what he gets for trying to use me without any kind of pact. Feels like he's having some trouble switching back. Still, though... It's only a matter of time." Ryomen asserted and tore Yuji's clothes, leaving him shirtless. "So... I thought about what I can do right now." He continued and sank his right hand in his thorax.

"Wh-what are you..." Fushiguro started stunned and watched as Sukuna took the heart out of the body.

"I'm taking this brat hostage."

"Hostage?!"

"Yeah. I can live without this, but that ain't true for the brat." The humanized Curse said and threw the still beating heart in the grass. "Switching out with me means he dies. Also... For good measure." Sukuna uttered and swallowed the finger he took from the Curse, earlier. "With that, I'm a free as a bird. You can be frightened now. I'll kill you! For no particular reason."

"Our position are reversed now." The boy muttered. "You just don't get it. He's... Itadori's coming back. Even if that means he'll die. That's just who he is."

"You give him too much credit. This guy's just a little tougher and denser than other humans. Just a moment ago, he was scared out of his mind, on the verge of death, and prattling on about his regrets and all that nonsense. I know for a fact he doesn't have the guts to kill himself."

"Nue." Megumi said, conjuring the said flying Shikigami and both charged at Sukuna.

"I'm finally outside, after all. Let's use the open space." He uttered, dodging with ease each hit. "Interesting. You use Shikigami, but you'll still come at me yourself?" He asked as he continued to dodge both Nue and the boy this time. "More. More. More! Put more curse behind it when you strike me!" The king of Curses grinned like a maniac as he delivered a powerful punch at Megumi.

"Orochi!" A huge white snake emerged from the ground, bit Sukuna and rose in the air. "Gang up on him!" Megumi shouted, Nue charged its wings with electricity and attacked relentlessly Sukuna. The man made Orochi exploded, freeing himself in the process, and the next second, he was in Fushiguro's back, gripping tightly his vest.

"Hey, what did I say? Let's use the open space!" He asserted and threw Megumi through the trees and over the city. The boy was still flying when Sukuna kicked him and sent him at great speed in a building, bouncing on roofs and being in the air again. The Curse punched Megumi again sending him through many walls of a warehouse and Nue caught its summoner. 'It's not even a matter of Jujutsu. His power and his agility are on a different scale.' Megumi thought and saw that Sukuna was already after him again. "Nice technique there." He shouted before making the Shikigami and the Sorcerer crash onto a building, down to the ground. The boy was resting against debris and called back Nue. "I get it now. So your shikigami are created from shadows.

"So what?"

"Hmm... I don't get it, though. Why did you run back then? What a waste of talent. Whatever. Either way, that won't be enough to fix this. And... I have another thing to try." Sukuna uttered and took the Cursed yo-yo that Yuji was keeping in his pocket. "Let's see what this thing can do." He unwound the yo-yo and immediately felt his Cursed Energy being drained while the weapon created lava. 'I see. I remember now that L/Ns use Cursed Tools suitable for their Cursed Energy.' Sukuna threw the yo-yo at Fushiguro but it disappeared before touching him. "Hmm? Well, guess I won't test that. It doesn't change anything. You're risking your life over stupid shit. This brat isn't even worth that much." Sukuna said still thinking about the yo-yo. ' This is weird. For as long as I remember, L/Ns can't teleport their weapons. And now that I think about it, I don't feel that kid's Cursed Energy anymore.' He thought as Megumi took a fighting stance and looked way more focused. "Nice. That's it. So this is when you start burning through your life! Now I see. Well, in that case... Show me, Fushiguro Megumi!"
