Malalim ang iniisip niya habang nakalambitin siya patiwarik. She could feel her blood turn upside down and yet something about this entire thing felt strangely comforting.

"And that ends today's session."

It was the instructor. Saka lang nag-sink in na nasa isang Aerial dance session siya.

She turned herself back to her normal form and got off the spandex that's used for the Aerial sessions.

"Hey Tracy, you okay?"

Tawag sa kanya ng Aerial Coach. She's a brunette filled with freckles in her cheeks. One of the many things she loved about this woman. She's also the owner of this Yoga studio that also offers pole dancing and aerial. It's a well proportioned studio that catered to dancers and the aspiring ones.

She took some part time stints here as a dance coach. Only when she has time or during the summer break from her current job.

"I am."

"You look distracted. Is it Brandon?"

"No. I just.. I'm mentally preparing for my flight tonight."

"Where to?"

"The Philippines."

"Wow, that's like a nineteen hours trip. Vacation?"

"Yes and some commitments I had to do."

"Well, it's vacation time so hopefully you'd enjoy your trip." the woman smiled at her before grabbing her mat and moving to possibly her next session.

She's a retired cheerleader who has found her own solace by creating this yoga studio. A sister who also helped her cope up when she first came to the state.

She drove her range rover back to her house. Nakabukas ang bintana niya habang naka full blast ang sound system. She's driving through the beautiful landscape of rural side of Houston. Almost towards the end of the road is where her Father's ranch is. It wasn't that long when she learned about him.

A time in her life that came at the most unexpected time. One that got her packing and leaving the things she's considered as precious in the Philippines.

"Hey!" she called out to no one in particular the moment she arrived home.

"Out in the back!" a hoarse voice from a man answered her call. She picked up a magazine that's neatly displayed in the center table. It was the month's edition with her face on it, clad in a two string nude colored bikini. The rest of the other magazines were sports magazines that also had her face in the front page.

Before she could even get to the backyard, she passed by the kitchen. There, her step Mother Aurora is preparing fresh salad.

"Barbecue?"

"You guessed it." she smiled. She's a blonde who's been born and raised in Texas. She loved ranches more than anything in her life. Just like her father.

She grabbed two bottles of beer and walked right into their backyard where a huge spread of the ranch is.

Not too far from their gazebo is the sight of cattle and horses. Her memory did a mental comparison to the one she knew in the Philippines.

She smiled at the tall man who's busy keeping the barbecue going. She also smelled brisket.

"Need help?" she handed the beer to the man she has looked up to just after her mother died.

It hasn't been that long since they've built their relationship as father and daughter but she has learned to love him even before she's met him.

"Have you packed for your trip?"
